I like Starks, but does he really deserve a key to a city and James Starks Day?

Uh, he's James mother bleepin Starks.

He deserves much more than some pathetic key to a city.

Brilliant. I remember when that happened but I don't remember the outcome. Did he get in any trouble for that?
