Love it. If Finley can play a whole season he'll easily be on the list.

If every team was equal there would be 3.125 players per team on this list, we have 7, no surprise there we all know how deep and talented our roster is.

Agree that there is no reason with a healthy season Finley couldn't be on a list like this 1 year from now.

Could also have someone else blow up or have Ted hit another stud in the draft.

I find the lack of Sam Shields disturbing.

Yeah, we could easily have 9 or 10 on that list next year. Which would just be nuts.

TT is just too obsessed with that draft thing.

ESPN has their ranking of cornerbacks out:

1 - Revis
2 - Scrabble
3 - Woodson
4 - Samuel
5 - Bailey
6 - Winfield
7 - Tramon
8 - McCourtey
9 - Hall
10 - Finnegan

The author of the article, Paul Kuharsky, left Tramon off his ballot. Here's why:

Williams was the lone player to make the top 10 while not being looked at as his team’s No. 1 guy. As much as I liked him, that prevented him from getting one of my votes. Same for Oakland’s Stanford Routt.

Although Williams and Routt played very well in 2010, their jobs can be made a lot easier by playing with Woodson and Asomugha rather than being asked to be their team’s version of those players. The toughest receiver on the opposition isn’t usually a factor for Williams or Routt.

Someone should let him know that Williams was primarily used on the opposition's #1 all season.

Yeah no kidding. I'd put Tramon ahead of Chuck for that reason and because he actually played CB at all times while also coming up HUGE in the playoffs.

Edit: Imagine if we some how got Scrabble. 3 of the top 7 corners in the league. /Daffy Fap

I'd put Williams and Woody as 1A and 1B. To not put Tramon on the list because we happen to have 2 great cornerbacks is absurd.

His rationale for leaving Tramon off his ballot is a total fail. I would put him ahead of Woodson based on his play last year.

How long until Shields makes the top 10, because I think he does at some point.

I'm surprised Sitton isn't a little higher and that Clifton and Jenkins didn't make the list.

Clifton was excellent last year and Jenkins is arguably the best 3-4 DE in the NFL. Also a little stun that Collins isn't on it or at least close.

I'm guessing Finley isn't on the list because he hasn't proven enough yet, I can see that.

Thank you for reminding me how amazing our secondary/team/everything is. :)

That was my first thought, though to be fair only two safeties made the list.

I feel like Collins is the most underrated elite player we have. You never hear about him in the press and he is a multiple time pro bowler who made arguably the single biggest play in the Super Bowl. He's never mentioned with Polamalu and the other elite safeties in the game, even though he deserves to.

I don't think he's as good as Redd or Polamalu.

I am not sure I'd put anyone ahead of him as 3rd though. Collins is a beast.

Also, I read that list and see Suh at 12 after just his rookie year... And I almost feel like it's low for him.

It is frightening that we are going to have to play him twice a year for many years to come.

Yeah, Detroit's going to be beastly.

And Collins does seem to zone out at times, which prevents him from reaching the Reed/Polamalu tier. But he's way better than Hillis or Santana Moss.

That I definitely agree with.

Bothers me he wasn't even in the little list below the top 100.
