Big Ten Championship Game Leadup

Favored by 9.5 to 10 depending on the book.

Expected to be favored, but it looks as though the oddsmakers are assuming that the coaches will not have the corners play 10 yard cushions on Cousins' WRs all day. I'm not so sure that they are wise to make that assumption.

SHOULD be a double digit win. I hate MSU so I hope we kick their ass.

It just sucks that two stupid plays cost us the season.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

As a third party observer, it should be an interesting game to watch. MSU won't want Wisconsin to go to the Rose Bowl over them for a second year in a row and Wisconsin will want revenge for that hail mary. Both sides should be pretty hyped. This is probably the most interesting match up possible.

I rarely predict this, but I think we blow Michigan State out. Turf for our offense + major payback motivation for UW. I expect our OL to be blowing people off the ball.

bold prediction: Montee Ball 5 Tds, ties sanders record and is new favorite for heisman.

It should be a win, the first game was the flukiest game ive ever seen. Even more than the 18 penalty packer game against the bears last year

If we have no ST errors, we should win easily.

Tix are reportedly easy to get. Each team gets 15,000. The other 40,000+ plus were sold months ago when they went on sale. Lots of speculators I'm sure from Ohio St. Nebraska, etc... that have no intention of going...

How dumb is that? Each team should get 25,000 tickets and then only 20,000 or whatever get sold early. It's going to be basketball crowds in a football stadium with 40,000 people who don't care.

Rumor is that UW didn't sell out their public tickets and MSU fans have purchased a bunch of them.

Chryst will probably be one of the hottest head coaching candidates this year. Wisconsin's offense has been even more ridiculous this year than last year. I wonder if PSU would look at him too, although I'm not sure what kind of coach they'll even be able to get after that scandal.

If Chryst did go to Illinois, Jerry Kill would be responsible for a Wisconsin coordinator leaving for the second year in a row.

I'm sure that incredible tidbit will be every bit as memorable as Minnesota's bevy of National Championships.

Hey, I never bring up those National Championships so you can't give me crap for that. I don't consider it a National Championship if 2-3 other teams were also National Champions. Just like when it used to be possible for 2 or 3 Big Ten Champions, it kind of ruins the distinction of being the Conference Champion.

I know you don't champion those facts, I was just trying to signify how amazing that piece of information is in my mind now.

I meant it to be tongue in cheek. For the record, I don't see Wisconsin suffering too much whenever Chryst gets the right offer to become a head coach. Their system has been in place for a long time and all sorts of offensive coordinators have done a good job of continuing that success.
