Week 16 Non Packers

It will be weird having mostly Saturday games this week.
San Fran at Seattle is the game that most affects us. Actually it's the only game. I want SF to win though and be #2 over New Orleans. I think the Saints have the best shot at beating us and having them play an extra game is big. I know we clinch if SF loses but I think we whip the Bears anyway.
TV games in the Milwaukee market:
Early: Jets/Giants
Late: Eagles/Cowboys, Chargers/Lions
Games of interest:
Jet/Giants should be a good one.
Eagles try to maintain their slim hopes of post season play
Chargers hope to do the same against a Lions team that can clinch a spot.
Falcons/Saints Monday should be good. Falcons clinch with a win (they may have it already wrapped up based on Sundays games). Saints try to overtake SF for the #2. Even if Atlanta has clinched a spot they are still battling Detroit for #4 and a first round home game. If Detroit loses on Sunday though, Atlanta will be #4 based on winning the tie breaker.

I think if the Eagles can win their final 2 games they'll win the NFC east.
If the Eagles win their last 2 all that has to happen is the Jets who are in a must win situation have to beat the Giants in a home game for the Jets, then the Giants have to beat the Cowboys in NY week 17.
I almost see Eagles@Cowboys as a winner take all for the NFC east,I think whoever wins that game will win that division.
Like the Saints & Giants the Eagles are another team I'd rather avoid.
While the Eagles and Giants scare me a bit....
The Cowboys/Falcons/Lions don't scare me in the least,I think at Lambeau the Packers would beat any of those 3 teams by 2 touchdowns.
At least IMO I think the Packers really luck out from a match up standpoint if the Cowboys win that division and the Giants and Eagles miss out on the playoffs.

John Moffitt suspended 4 games for testing positive for "performance enhancing drug." Not roids, but adderall.

I want SF at 2, NO at 3. I also would just rather have NYG and PHI get eliminated this week.
So go Niners, Falcons, Jets, Cowboys.

As much as I hate the Jets yes we have to root for them. I definitely want Dallas (and I really hate them too) in and Philly/NYG out.

Same. I know NYG and PHI have struggled, but both of those teams scare me as potential "go off" games where NYG's DL destroys our OL or Philly's offensive weapons all click and we can't stop them.

My rule of thumb when it comes to preferred playoff match ups is that I'd like to play the team with the worst QB. So that means I'm cheering for the Cowboys in the East. Romo has proven he isn't a big time QB. Eli, while I think he is overrated, has proven he can win a super bowl and win at Lambeau in the playoffs. Vick is still scary as hell and he too has won in Lambeau (albeit with the Falcons) in the playoffs.

Yep. Plus you have Ryan, who hasn't won a playoff game yet, and Stafford, who hasn't played in one yet. And Romo always chokes as you mentioned. I'm actually hoping we get Dallas in the divisional round, and since they will likely host the wild card game, good chance.

Man it really sucks that the Eagles could still make the playoffs. Root for the Cowboys regardless because if they beat the Eagles they're knocked from contention.
But it's really possible for the Eagles to make the playoffs.
Eagles beat Cowboys
Jets beat Giants
Eagles beat Redskins
Giants beat Cowboys at home
That's all that has to happen for the Eagles to get in and then they get a home playoff game against most likely the Falcons or Lions. And then we would face them in the divisional round unless the 6th seed knocks off the 3rd seed.

Yeah, I don't want the Eagles in the playoffs. Hopefully the Cowgirls take care of business. Although, if Jerry Jones is flat out admitting he's scared of the Eagles, maybe Dallas doesn't have what it takes to beat them.

Gotta root for HOU tonight. Can't let Minny have a shot at Luck.

Yep, Indy loss and they clinch the #1 pick.

So Minny wins the tiebreaker with Indy and St. Louis if there's a 3 way tie? Damn I don't want that to happen.

Just saw a graphic that said Indy clinches top pick with a loss tonight so the tiebreaker must go to them if they end up tied with 2 wins.
