SI.com

Analysis: When on his game Worthy is an unstoppable force who collapses the pocket or occupies blockers, which allows his teammates to make plays. He comes with a terrific amount of upside, and if he?s able to concentrate on the details of his position, Worthy will be a productive starter at the next level.

I think it's VERY interesting that Thompson went with two juniors with high upside with his first two picks.

TT making everyone happy!

If the coaching staff can keep Worthy motivated and in shape, he could be an absolute monster. UW could not control him and they had some of the best interior lineman in the country.

Reminds me a lot of Harrell on film.

I'll add healthy to that list, but I love the pick.

Two guys now who should contribute very early on defense and could be extremely solid players for us. So far, so good TT!

Every time I watched him, especially at UW, he was a beast. Steal, imo. I wouldve been happy with him in the first.

I love him as a player, and as I said in the draft thread I think our pass rush issues are now solved.

The only downside of this acquisition, along with Hargrove's, are they have the potential to make us one of the dirtiest defenses in the league. Worthy was regularly getting in opponent's faces and pushing them after plays. The whole Michigan State defense was notorious for their unnecessary roughness because their DC encouraged it like the Saints'. Hopefully they can be de-programmed from that behavior by Mike and Dom.
