Wisconsin @ Nebraska UNDER THE LIGHTS

Montee Ball just dropped a sure-fire touchdown. That was nice.

14-3 Wisconsin in the 2nd.

Monte just hasn't been that impressive this year.

Both sets of uniforms look worse than they did in the promo pics. Nebraska's look like something NIU would wear.

It's more the offensive line than it is Monte Ball.

Damn, Jack Russell not representing Waunakee too well there. Gotta make those PATs!

...and that's an indictment on Montee's performance last year.

If I'm a Nebraska fan, I'm looking forward to life after Martinez. I think his "improvement" is pretty much b.s., he's looked awful tonight.

We're pretty much just hanging back and daring Martinez to throw on third. So far so good, but I still hate these ten yard cushions on the outside. Doesn't Nebraska watch game film?

Which is an entirely different issue than your post actually alluded to.

With that being said, it's the difference between an excellent offensive line last year (as usual) and a terrible one this year. There was ZERO push from our offensive line in our first three weeks of the season, which is why the Badgers were unable to pick up any first downs on third and short.

I had no expectations this game so it's been a fun first half so far.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

No, it actually isn't. I simply said he hasn't been great. I didn't offer a reason which was contradictory to your follow up post. I agree that his offensive line had a lot to do with his greatness in 2011. I just think that his poorer offensive line this year isn't the sole reason for his performance. Part of it has to be laid on Montee's shoulders.
