Interesting... Probably has little left but they need bodies. Starks has to be cut this offseason. He has skills but can't stay healthy.

They had to sign someone. He's someone.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Re: Packers sign Ryan Grant
Is it time to start questioning the Packers training staff, or is this just really bad luck two out of three years? We now have 10 guys on IR and Woodson, Nelson, Matthews, Shields all nursing injuries.

Re: Packers sign Ryan Grant
Was just going to bring up the same issue with the training staff... How can so many guys get injured? I understand freak injuries but we got guys that pull hammys consistently.

Guys - last time this happened we won the Super Bowl - TT is probably just telling guys to lay down so we can repeat history here!

Re: Packers sign Ryan Grant
To many injuries are catching up, if Ryan Grant was worth a damn he would be playing somewhere. i hope the little guy they signed last week gets a chance to run first, give me young legs and speed any day.

Can't hate this move, he'll come in and know the entire offense from the get go. We need options.

Well at least his legs will be fresh? Our injury situation is insane.

Re: Packers sign Ryan Grant
I would think Woodson and Matthews would both be playing this week if it was the playoffs. Injuries are ridiculous but look at them in perspective. Matthews has chronic hammy issues. Nelson has had his first pulled hammy ever. Everything else has mainly been freak injuries. Busted collarbone, broken hip, torn groin, twisted knees, etc...

Hate to see Starks go down, especially after his inspired performance last week, but Grant is a great fit this late in the year.

Hopefully Grant still has his usual late season/cold weather surge.

A move that had to be made, but Im interested in seeing if that young guy they had on the practice squad can do anything w his young legs.

Ive been thinking the samething all year. But than I looked at all NFL teams injury report and alot of teams had just as many guys injured. So I thought maybe Im wrong. But I feel like the training staff, team doctors, way the team practices should be questioned.
This is 2 out of 3 seasons where the Packers lost the most starters in the NFL. Something is not right. Its like if a player bangs his knee and your like thats not bad he might come back in the game. Than a few days go by and that player is place on IR and your like what..... How?
Anyway Im really not happy to see Grant back. I'm not going to lie this next draft I will pray the Packers draft a RB in the 1st round and run blocking OL after that, and a kicker and I'll be happy.

Re: Packers sign Ryan Grant
Injuries happen theres really no way to get around it. Especially in such a violent game like football. If you look around the league it happens to every team. It has nothing to do with the staff except for the fact theyre very conservative with allowing guys back too early. I actually think they do a pretty damn good job tbh.
fyi Johnny White to IR to clear spot for Grant

If they draft a running back in the first round and a kicker anywhere in the draft I will for the first time be disappointed in TT. He hasn't hit on every move/pick he has made but this would be the biggest blunder ever.

I don't even think there is a RB projected to go in the first round now that Lattimore went down, is there?
