@Andy_Fenelon: Playoff schedules announced: Saturday: #CINvsHOU (4:30pm ET); #MINvsGB (8p). Sunday: INDvsBAL (1p); #SEAvsWAS/DAL (4:30p)

We got this. Hope Worthy is okay, and film study should be interesting.

Godgers and Co better put up 42 pts... They will probably have to score every time since minnessota will be running a lot of clock.

Hopefully this team will have learned how to tackle by then, gotta stop them on 3rd and long. It's freaking Ponder.

Amazing how many times this team blocked Ap at the line and he bounced back to the side for a huge gain.

Gotta also win the turnover battle, that fumble was huge. Also Mike better let Tramon know to stop playing like a wuss in this win or go home game

Yep, the 1st wave did a phenomenal job of stuffing AP, but be it lack of hustle (*cough* Tramon and Morgan *cough*) or awareness, but AP made far too many plays out of nothing, even more than one would imagine for a guy of AP's caliber. If the 2nd and 3rd wave defenders simply make it a principle to touch the ball carrier on every play, even after he has been presumed to be tackled, so much more of this is contained. Ass better be chewed and the effort should be restored next week. I have a strong hunch more than a few guys will be shamed into increased hustle and willingness to throw their bodies into the fray.

31-16 Green Bay.

This game is gonna be a war. I suppose a couple minn turnovers could turn it into a comfortable win for the pack, but I see this as a super physical one possession game all the way through. I hope I'm wrong...

The key will be getting a lead early. Minnesota is not a team that plays well from behind. We were never up today so they could just milk AP for the entire game. If we got out to a 10+ point lead they'd have to rely on Ponder more.

On the loss: "Tough, tough loss today here in Minnesota. The playoffds are here upon us, that's the message to the football team. We have the opportunity to play the Vikings again back at Lambeau, so that's where we're set in our mind-set as far as our performance today. ...We'll play anybody in the playoffs. I think it'll be a great contest. It's an opponent we're very familiar with them, and they're familiar with us. Everybody has confidence going into the playoffs -- most importantly, we'll be at home. We're excited to play these guys again."

On facing Peterson again: "It's obviously important to take away the focal point there, and we didn't do that today. We'll go back, we'll grade it, and we'll be ready to go and I look forward to us having a better performance on defense against Adrian Peterson."

On his message to the team: "The root of it was we had an opportunity here to take care of business, have a bye week -- that opportunity has passed, so the playoffs have started for us. It's official. We got a taste of the environment, what it's going to be like on the road. Playoff football's different, it is every year. Today's opportunity is something we can apply to this upcoming week."

On Rodgers finding a rhythm: "It took us a little while with the crowd noise. That usually happens up here. This is a tough place to play, no doubt. We anticipated this being the loudest environment of the year. They pumped it in there pretty good today -- it was very loud. I felt, also, we got going and the mechanics in the huddle were in order. I thought after that, we played very well."

On not getting a bye: "The opportunity to get the bye does not exist anymore, so the playoffs start now. We're one of six in the NFC. We know what the bye looks like, we now know what this position looks like, so it's time to kick it forward to playoff football. It's as simple as that. We're disappointed we lost today, but at the end of the day there are six NFC teams left, and we're going to line up and play at Lambeau Field in front of our crowd. And that's what we're excited about."

On prematurely throwing the red flag: "Emotional decision by me. I shouldn't have done it."
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Wide receiver Randall Cobb said he was close to being ready to play against the Vikings Sunday, but ultimately a mutual decision was made between him and the medical staff to sit out the Packers' 37-34 loss Sunday at the Metrodome.

Cobb said his sprained ankle felt pretty good going into the game, but he described his chances of playing against the Vikings as about "50-50."

"I wanted to be out there, especially a game like this," Cobb said. "You want to play, but we were just being smart about it. It was a mutual decision."

Asked whether he was confident he would play against the Vikings in the playoff opener next week, Cobb said, "100%."

Linebacker Clay Matthews, who left the game for a play or two in the fourth quarter, said he did not reinjury his hamstring.

He said he landed on top of RB Adrian Peterson and felt pain run through his entire body. He was moving gingerly as he walked out of the locker room, but said it had nothing to do with the hamstring pull that sidelined him for four weeks.

Matthews returned to the game soon after he was hurt.

Not looking forward to us trying to tackle Purple Jesus in frigid Lambeau weather, but no way do we lose to this team two weeks in a row. No way. 31-21 Pack.

Hope Jordy is okay for next week. Great Cobbinance will be back at 100% next week as well as Clay.

I'd like Woodson out there just for his knowledge but I have faith that the young guns in the secondary will play like they have all year.

It's not very often a non-QB player can have the type of impact that a very good or great QB has on a team. Peterson has that type of impact though, at least he does right now. That guy is just unbelievable and their offensive line is also doing a great job of giving him room to run.

I think we are the favorite going into this game, but just like the last one I feel like we could very easily lose. We desperately need better players at ILB and it would even help to have another impact player at one of the DE/OLB spot opposite of Clay.

Tramon was disappointing in the last game, hopefully he mans up next game and plays better. If his play continues like that, I'd just start Hayward/Shields at CB and then move Hayward to the slot in the nickel while putting in Tramon on the outside.
