Steelers lead up - FLYNN FLYNN FLYNN

If Brad Jones gets one more snap ahead of Jamari Lattimore the rest of the season I swear I'm gonna cut off twirl's d*ck and beat both Capers and McCarthy into comas with it. Skip to about halfway down the article:
http://m.jsonline.com/more/sports/packers/235969521.htmPart of the credit for the Packers' response goes to a backup linebacker who might be the quietest guy in the entire locker room when it comes to personal interaction. But when it comes to football, Jamari Lattimore plays with a passion, and apparently he had seen enough after a really bad half of football.
He demanded the Packers not give in to their circumstances.
"Jamari's very passionate about what he does," end Mike Daniels said. "I'm thankful he's on my side. Everything he said, nothing was in vain. He meant every word. It was just, 'Let's go. Let's go.' The thing with him is he truly meant it. We feed off that energy."
Lattimore's speech was so impassioned that the offensive players, stationed on the opposite side of the locker room, could hear him. Just like their defensive teammates, they couldn't help catching the wave of energy.
"He's on the quiet side, but we definitely could hear what he was saying on the other side and we definitely took what we heard as if he was talking to us, even though he was on the other side," Lacy said. "A lot of guys are emotional. He came in and didn't like how things were going in the first half and voiced his opinion. I think it was perfect timing for him to do that."
In other news, the Steelers are playing great football at the moment and are still in the playoff race. Also, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this is the first time we've played since the Super Bowl. Needless to say, they are gonna be out for blood. This is gonna be a war even if we have Rodgers. The good news is if we win this game convincingly I will be confident this team can make noise in the playoffs if we can get there.
Oh yeah and even if we win coming out with no injuries is gonna be critically important as well. And, playing the Steelers, that is going to be very hard to impossible to do with how hard they play. We have a minefield of our creation to navigate the rest of the year and now it's just gonna be do it or die. Giddyup!!!!!

Well, considering the state of your former, shall I say, manhood apparatus...one might consider a verbal lashing before beating said McCarthy and Capers with a newly acquired, newly severed, d*ck. Surely, the shock and awe of the act itself (assuming it is performed Jihad-style in front of Capers and McCarthy) would warrant a Lattimore promotion. To boot, you'd be back in bizness homie. So to speak.

Lattimore isn't going to be the fix you think he'll be. He isn't going to elevate Raji's terrible play in front of him, isn't going to make Clay or Neal hold the edge, isn't going to make Hawk faster, and he doesn't have Shields' speed to make up for the terrible scheme we play in the middle of the field. He shouldn't miss as many tackles but he'll be injured before halftime anyways. He needs to get healthy and the Pack need big changes on the defense.

That's not even really the point though, the improvement isn't gonna come from Lattimore getting out there and playin like Ray Lewis and making all the guys around him better; the improvent is gonna come from GETTING BRAD JONES THE F*CK OFF THE FIELD lol. Go back and rewatch yesterday's game tape and try to watch Jones as much as possible, he was a complete abortion all game long. Just having him off the field represents at least like a 7 point improvement in scoring defense per game...

My friends and I could go to this game but I think we are going to pass because of the cold, though it is a hell of a lot more enticing than it was 3 weeks ago.

I will actually be at this game.
Has anyone sat in the new section with the heat lamps and stuff? I am just curious if they help fend off the cold at all.

That is where I would be sitting if I go. I sat in those seats for the Bears MNF game. It was in the high 30s low 40s for that game I believe and it wasn't bad at all. Though the wind wasn't a factor, that could make it quite a bit worse this Sunday. I never had to wait in line longer than 30 seconds when I went to the bathroom and concessions though. That, combined with the seat backs makes the new section a pretty decent area to watch the game.

Only thing I want to hear this week is Rodgers is playing.

Prices are high on Stubhub, starting at $127 each for a pair of upper end zones. If Detroit loses tonight they'll go up and if Rodgers plays they'll go up more. A Detroit win tonight though and I'd expect prices to go down some.

It would've been good for us if the Steelers lost last night and were eliminated from contention, instead they have a reason to keep fighting, however small their actual chances are.

I've sat in the new section twice this year and I haven't seen or heard of these heat lamps ect...
I love the view up there

Per MM today Wednesday is the day.
Also Cobb apparently had a good workout today and there seems to be an outside chance he returns this week.

I can't imagine Cobb is close to football shape but maybe he's been working out under the radar.

Yeah, I think it is a long shot to get him back this week but you never know. Could just be trying to cause extra questions for the Steelers to think about.

You would think he should be ready also, he went down before Rodgers

Yeah, but nobody knows what his injury was.

I wonder if it was like an MCL or something, Cobb basically admitted the packers lied about the injury if I remember correctly...
