Can we convince Dom to retire?

Kaepernick beats us with his legs again. All of those third down scrambles were killers.

That and Hyde dropping the pick, but that wasn't an easy catch. If the ball is only a few inches lower, i think he catches it. Lastly, House just barely missed blocking the last FG. In fact, i'm not sure how it got through his arms.

It can be a cliche when some say football can be a game of inches, but on those two huge plays it was.

If Hyde had jumped at all, he didn't get off the ground. should have been an easy pick

I can't stand losing to San Francisco, but it was still a satisfying season coming back to win the division at Soldier with so many injuries. Hopefully next year will finally be the year we have minimal injuries.

I'm not sure where to toss the blame.....game of inches and usual failures.

That said, I don't know how you control the injuries. They just kept coming from day one and wouldn't let up.

Despite all the screw ups of TT, MM and certain players, I feel like we win that game if we even just had Clay out there to control Kap. Those guys all tried like hell today but in the end we had too many guys injured IMO.

Can we have just ONE season where we aren't crippled with injuries?

I wasn't expecting a win but damn to lose that way hurts. Oh well, on to next year. It should be an interesting offseason hopefully we get a break from the injury gods next year.

It just sucks so much to be this close to finally beating these guys and again coming up short. Decimated by injuries, still play their asses off and then first the near pick and then the near blocked field goal by House. Ugh. Cannot stand the Niners. Only comfort I have right now is knowing they have no chance of winning it all this year. They get past Carolina, Seattle will maul them again like they did week two.

Defense had a terrible year. But you gotta blame Ted for the personal more than Dom. Dom gave us a defense that could win this game. The offense didn't make it a TD game.

On that 3rd and 8 back breaking run by Kaepernick, Mulumba had a decent angle, but if you watch the play close, he was half limping as he ran to cut off Kaepernick. All burst was gone. His earlier knee sprain clearly was hampering him on that play.

When you're relying on Jarret Bush on the biggest play of the game, you're going to have a bad time.

Sick of losing to Kap and the Niners, any team besides them or the Seahawks please.

I want to blame Hyde for that drop, but it was a difficult catch, the Bush play was just disappointing. Kap and his legs just kept killing this defense, which played very well, the offensive first quarter was the biggest pile of crap this offense has layed since the Lions game.

Another injury riddled game to finish off a injury riddled season unfortunately. Hopefully better luck next season with injuries.

I know a lot of people want Tramon gone, but he played real well today imo, while the other cb's when Shields went out, which was like right away, was pretty bad.

Nothing went the Packers way after the Kuhn Lambeau leap fail.

Palmer not playing really hurt us late. Not to say he's a game changer, but at least both of his legs were healthy. Bell was a joke to activate if Cobb was your plan for returning kicks.

It's OK. We'll "clean things up" this off-season.

You know what sucks? That the offseason is so long, and we have no positives to take from this.

Next year, some important player is going to be lost for the season in training camp, some during the season, and we'll be screwed (possibly some other way) when it comes playoff time.

Rinse and repeat. Our crappy luck is very tiring.
