Superbowl Party Menus

I think we do one of these every year and I always end up getting a few ideas out of this.
Party is at my sister's house this year but I'm still cooking. Keeping it simple this year, just going with a hotdog bar but with real quality hotdogs. I figure I can prep all the fixings ahead of time and hotdogs are easy enough to keep warm that I won't have to be making a bunch of food throughout the day. Also going to make some chicken wings. Those are pretty simple too since you just marinade them over night, bake them for a hew hours at 225 in the morning then right before serving time, throw them in the deep frier for 3 minutes. I still use DB's shredded chicken dip he posted a few years back, that stuff is delicious.
What's everyone else got?

I'm making wings 3 ways, been marinating since friday:
Lemon Pepper (Lemon Juice, lemon pepper, pepper, italian seasoning)
My BBQ Rub (brown sugar, papreka, and a bunch of other random stuff)
Sea Salt and Vinegar (Salt, Pepper, 2 eggs, red / white / apple vinegar)

These are my go to if I ever have to bring something somewhere. A cream cheese addition is also an option:

I've got a pot of beef short rib chili on the stove. I wish I would have made it yesterday, because chili, but I just tested it and it's **** great. Hot wings in the oven, with Frank's and Old Bay. A hot dip we make with beef, velveeta, sausage and picante. Buttermilk marinated fried chicken. Homemade twice fried french fries. Guac. Bloody mary bar.

So at what point are you going to start inviting over people from RealGM for the game? That all sounds delicious.

I ended up doing cheesesteaks on the grill. Grilled cut up steak, which I marinated in my homemade "Scum" porter and seasoned with MD&M magic powder. Melted American cheese on the meat and added sauteed onions & mushrooms. I used garlic sub buns and added a little Miracle Whip to mine. They turned out very well. And my wife ended up doing homemade guac and these baked mozerrella bites off of Pinterest which were good. All and all a success.
