Need to follow up the Patriots game with a win. Can't afford any NFC losses.

No let down here, I just don't see losing to these bums at home but never say never in the NFL. Detroit has a very easy schedule before they come here at the end of the month. CANNOT lose.

We beat them at home last year with Matt Flynn starting at QB. It'd be an understatement to say that a loss would be disappointing.

But I'll give them some cred, they torched a really good Arizona defense, albeit at home, and they may get Roddy White back for this game. Their offense shouldn't be overlooked. Their defense though....

We really should be able to hang another 50-burger on that defense. It may be the worst unit in the league. All in all, contain Julio Jones and we probably win this one in a laugher.

W 42-24

Also, no injuries. We've been pretty fortunate so far, considering our casualties the last few years.

Despite their record they're in line for a playoff spot. The Packers need to expect them to come in playing hard. No let downs.

Yup, No playoffs and Smith is out (he may be anyway). We have to consider this a playoff game. Going from home field throughout to wild card could only take one loss.

Lions will lose almost every game. It's in their DNA.

Key to this season has been no injuries. This might be the Packers healthiest season with Rodgers.

I think the packers come out on fire. I hope Mccarthy comes out and is as creative the rest of the season as he was vs the Pats. There is no way the Falcons beat us unless the Packers turn it over a bunch. Zero turnovers and the pack win 45-20.

The only real question about this game is how much time is left when we put in our human victory cigar that is Matt Flynn???? Im guess in 3 minutes to go in the 3rd. This is going to get ugly quick. Matt Ryan is a very average QB. Jacksons over the hill. And there Oline is going to be shredded by Mathews n company. They got talent at WR but considering the other things I pointed out and the fact that plays into our Ds strength im not concerned.

Yes they beat the Cards at home but theres going to be ALOT more pressure for them to score points this week n when that happens TOs follow. Their D is horrendous and especially so against the Pass. No DBs n no pass rush. This D is tailor made for ARod.

Like I said this will be over early. 45-13 Packers.... And thats with a garbage TD for Atlanta and Rodgers not playing the 4th n then some. Outside of the any given sunday mantra which I do subscribe too, so there is a little, theres zero reason to think this game will be in doubt in the 4th

The key will be getting pressure on Ryan. If we get the same sort of rush we did vs Brady, it will be an easy win.

Speaking of health, it will be very interesting to see how any negotiations end up going down between Bulaga/his agent and Ted after the season. I'd like the team to keep him, but would be wary of a sizable contract given Bulaga's injury history.

Landing Linsley was a great job by Ted and we are set at the three interior spots and LT for a couple of years. So i do wonder just how much money Ted will be willing to give Bulaga, especially the guaranteed money aspect. Signing him would also lessen the pressure to draft a tackle in the first round or two.

Atlanta is awful playing outdoors, especially late in the season. Should be an easy victory.

My hope is the game is over by halftime and the entire bench is playing midway through the 3rd quarter.

Matt Flynn playing behind the likes of JC Tretter, Lane Taylor, Garth Gerhart. Handing it off to Juan Harris and throwing passes to Justin Perillo. That would be nice to see.

I think the pack will have a stiffer test in Buffalo, but would love for them to get up 28 to 0 by half and then let the starters have most of the second half off.

Of course our D could fall asleep and keep it a game or the ball could bounce funny, we lost to the chiefs in 2011. We lost to the winless colts in '97, so we've had plenty of inexplicable losses in the past.

That being said, I see this Packers team not taking Atlanta too lightly and taking care of business.

So I was just looking at Rodgers Overall TD numbers. He's at 32TD's and 3 picks.

To reach his 45TD's personal record (again in 15 games!?!? How is that even possible???) He needs 13 more TD's over the next 4 games.

He'd have to go from 2.66 TD's a game to 3.25 TD's a game. I don't think he's going to get up to that level with 2 good defensive teams coming up over the next 4 weeks.

Unless he goes crazy and throws for 5 TD's against atlanta, then 2 TD's against buffalo, then another 4 TD's against Tampa, and 2 TD's against Detroit. It's possible, but I don't think it's going to happen. I think he does something like 3 TD's, 2 TD's, 3 TD's, 2 TD's, and gets another 10 to put him at 42TD's which I think getting over 40 TD's is enough to put him in the #1 MVP slot, with the hope he throws under 2 INT's the rest of the season.

Manning is of course still in the MVP hunt, he's got 36TD's. He has buffalo, Cincy, SD, and OAK coming up so should hit over 40. But Manning is sometimes his worst enemy. He's nowhere close to the 55 he put up last year, so I don't think he'll get it for not being able to out-do himself.

I think the upset bid could be JJ Watt because he keeps scoring touchdowns and doing what no defensive player has ever done before. I still think JJ Watt is a darkhorse though because Rodgers game beyond the stats looks invincible right now.

All this Matt Flynn and easy win talk makes me nervous.

ATL's secondary is very young and inexperienced.

They don't have much pass rush.

This is a favorable matchup. Once again, I am concerned with the rush defense.
