I know many of this are aware of this, but here is some excellent data showing how TT is one of the best at using the draft to achieve success in football.

We are blessed to have TT and he is a big part of the success of our program. He's not perfect, as no GM hits on every draft pick, but his success rates are some of the best in the league. It's great to see him and MM work together to build the program. Enjoy reading the article, it's too long to post. Some great insight from Bill Polian, I respect his opinions.

Bottom line TT = stud

I think sometimes we take for granted having one of the best GM's in football.
