Why is it that TT has yet to get Rodgers a RB he can throw the ball to?

I can't help but feel like that would do wonders for our offense

Lacy and Starks are fine at catching. We just don't run check downs or screens that often.

What he's doing this season is incredible.

GOAT? Maybe not, but he's in the conversation.

He's also defying odds with his ability to play defense, and play it well at 39. Has there ever been a 39 year old defensive player in this modern era of football? He already has 4 INTs THIS YEAR. Tied for 1st in the league.

In the modern era? Can't think of anyone in the last 5-10 years.

Going back, this is the only guy who comes to mind:

Surprised Revis doesn't get a cameo in that article. 6x pro-blower (missed 2: Rookie Year, Tore acl in 2012). I could see him playing til 35 with the way he takes care of himself. Teams don't even throw to him half the time.

Props to Woodson, I thought he was done his last year GB. He just looked slow and pretty bad, but I'm glad to see him doing well.

The Detroit Lions new offensive coordinator is someone named Jim Bob Cooter.

FYI, everyone.

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet 5m5 minutes ago
The #Browns have engaged in discussions about potentially trading two of their best players: LT Joe Thomas and C Alex Mack, sources say.

Doubtful the pack make move, but i'm curious what the cost would be.

Would really suck if Thomas ended up Car/SEA. Hoping if he's traded it's to the AFC

No way TT is giving up what it would take to get Joe Thomas but we would have a sick O-line if we replaced Bakthiari with Thomas.

So 8:30 and the 4 o'clock games have been awful this year(the 8:30 has been awful for years). NFL really needs to do a better job of moving games around.

I've seen Jared Cook's name as someone maybe on the block. I would be all over that if I was TT, he's not amazing but we badly need any kind of downfield receiving threat at TE.

You're kidding me right?

I'm talking a guy like Woodhead, Dion Lewis, Darren Sproles, or CJ Spiller. Actual weapons out of the back field.
