Well, we gave up one of our 4th's and a 7th for Spriggs. I loved the pick-up. Heading into round 4 we still have 2 compensatory picks.
Here are my considerations given who is still available:
Andrew Billings
Tyler Matakevich
Beniquez Brown
Devonte Booker
Kenneth Dixon
Tyler Irvin
Jerell Adams
Pharoh Cooper
Moritz Boehringer
If we land 3 of these men, I would be absolutely confident this has the potential to be TT's best draft in his tenure. Realistically, I could see us land 2.

Idk last year's draft has a chance to be really really good. We will see expanded roles for Randall, Rollins, Ty, Ryan, and Rip next season.

If we don't take an ILB in round 4 (there are some good values here), again, I will assume TT is operating on a personal bet that he can win a Super Bowl with the lowest ranked ILBers in the league. I honestly think the staff has a desire to use Clay there, though still, despite what they said.
But, at this point, **** it. BPA is fine with me.

Realistically I want to keep him at ILB. I think it actually helped revitalize his production and the drop off on the outside is lessened considering we have a solid rotation of guys at OLB

Beniquez Brown or Kenneth Dixon are my guys. Ridgeway and Josh Perry are intriguing as well.

Like I said in another thread. Barrington is back from injury and Jake Ryan wasnt that bad as a rooki. I expect Clay moved around this year with those guys in the fold. I also expect Jake Ryan to improve in year 2.

I like Ryan but my general point was that I think we get better production out of Clay at ILB, (*ie I think he's a better ILB than OLB at this point), versus him lining up outside so that coupled with the knowledge that our OLBs are better and deeper than our other ILBs I see little rush to move Clay back outside full time unless he's making a fuss behind the scenes which is possible
