Gophs @ Bucky for the Axe

Post#1 » by Mags FTW » Sat Nov 26, 2016 3:16 pm

Badgers are 13.5 point favorites. I think that's too high, and I'm nervous that this will be a close one. Minny hasn't lost by more than a TD all year, but they have looked bad a couple of times barely beating Rutgers at home and having a 4th quarter game against Purdue.

Hopefully complacency hasn't set in with a trip to the B10 Title Game already clinched. It would suck to finally lose the Axe the year we have a shot at the playoff.

Such a big week of football. So much on the line. We cannot afford to lose this one. I'm nervous, too, but I'm also confident.

I'll be there, great day for a game. Could hit 50 degrees.

Scrummy game between OSU and M so far. Remind me again of the best scenario for Bucky. I got a Penn State fanatic next to my person.

Not sure if there's a best case scenario but here are the scenarios.

Ohio State win + Penn State loss = Ohio State in B1G Championship

Michigan win = Michigan in B1G Championship

Ohio State win + Penn State win = Penn State in B1G Championship

If you want to guarantee a playoff spot beating Michigan in the B1G championship is probably the only sure thing.

If Wisconsin wins the B10 Championship, we are going to the playoffs. Zero question.

Michigan looks pretty good today. Fake punt blunder by OSU helped
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

How did we give up 30 to Ohio State? Jesus, their offense looks awful.

Don't like Urban but I can't stand Harbaugh. Hope OSU pulls this out

Both these teams look beatable. I feel better if we do end up playing Michigan.

What do you think of the possibility of Harbaugh in Green Bay?

That was one of the worst drives of the season for the defense. Lucky they dropped a perfectly thrown pass in the end zone.

What is with this defense? Jesus Christ. I know our offense is **** but it's seeping into the defense now too.
