Maybe in our 3-4. Ask the Ravens if Moseley has low value to them or the Cards Buchannon, or the Steelers' Shazier.

Funny you mention Buchannon, because we basically drafted his clone in the 2nd round - Josh Jones. Looks like Thompson knows what he's doing after all.

Criticism of TT does not mean I don't think he doesnt know what he's doing.

Okay, well, Buchannon was drafted in the first round before this hybrid stuff was chic. Jones a round later when every team is hot for these type of guys.

If Jones becomes his "clone," or even a guy that plays 75% of his snaps, we'll be extremely lucky. Saying he's basically Buchannon is a huge stretch at this point.

Let's also remember that this year was an extremely deep defensive back draft. It's very possible that Josh Jones would have been drafted in the 1st rd in an any other year.

When will they trade Brett Hundley? The Packers dangled their backup quarterback on the trade market and came close to making a deal on the second day of the draft. Now it appears they’ll likely hang on to him for another year, but expect them to move him before he enters the final year of his contract in 2018. They believe they can get much more in return than the fifth-round pick they invested in him in 2015.

True.

Still the overall point is the Cards value their backers to include their inside ones far more and show it via draft.

Hell, even Reddick their #1 pick this year is versatile enough for the Cards to play him some at ILB, which they will.

Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams already know each other.

I wondered if they'd try to move him. I'd honestly take him over any QB in this class.

Keep an eye on Taysom Hill. This guy is an athletic freak who worked his way back from two major injuries at BYU. I heard talk awhile back that he could play LB.
