When Hornibrook sets and steps into the throw they are fine, its when he's on the move and can't get set is where he really throws the floaters.

I only saw about 1/4 of the game and some highlights, but I don't think I noticed "more zip" on the throws because I think his shorter throws have been fine. I think the execution on both ends was better. But I'm one that was confident in at least slight improvement in his shorter throws all along.

The only improvement in terms of arm strength that I saw was that Hornibrook didn't underthrow his WR on a deep throw (the one to Davis is what I'm referencing). Even that one could have been 3-4 yards deeper to make an easy catch and maybe a TD, but it's way better than being 5-10 yards short as it has been on all of the other ones this year.

No, he definitely threw the ball harder, he used to rainbow swings passes like wheel routes.
If they played the game with a 10 foot ceiling, I don't think Horni threw a pass in the 1st 2 games that wouldn't have hit it.
He looked so much more focused and assertive, seemed like deer in the headlight for the last year....This Horni I can get behind if his confidence continues to grow.

Horni awarded big 10 offense player of the week, and had highest completion % in a game with over 13 throws in history of big 10.
