I'm fine with two games, especially as he wasn't ejected.

Two games is fine, I guess. Should have been ejected. What I still can't believe is that some fans and former players are saying that it was just a football play and not a dirty hit. I don't think they realize that there is a significant difference between lowering your head and spearing someone's face with the crown of your helmet and making a good tackle or even a "good hit." That play would have probably not happened if he had just not lowered his helmet.

Not to mention the hit coming while he is being held up and the play is about to be blown dead anyways.

Personally, I think when suspensions like this happen they should serve the 2 games and miss the next game against the team the the violation occurred.

I think there's a difference between an illegal hit and a dirty hit. I have no idea if he intentionally tried to light him up the head. I think it's more likely he was just trying to get in and make the tackle. He deserves the suspension as the league needs to train the players not to do it.

Feel he should've gotten at least 3 and thinking he'll appeal and get it reduced to 1.

Those officials from Thursday should be suspended for a few games too.
