While that may be true, it certainly seems like these guys are a package deal. TT isn't going to fire MM. So by saying you don't think the Packers will win another SB with MM, you're basically saying they won't with TT as well.

They are definitely a package deal. I'm not against a new coach but I don't see any coach winning a title with this defense. That's on TT and Capers.

I think the last time this poll was made on this board was 2010 when we snuck in the playoffs at 10-6. I'm fine if this is what it takes to get an Owl.

I think it's possible, but it won't be because of MM. We've already seen that Rodgers can take them to the brink of a second Super Bowl multiple times. It can happen. But I really think Ted and Dom have to move on.

The 2014 NFC Championship game vs Seattle proved that even if Ted was putting a great defense out there, McCarthy would **** it up in the end anyway. Because on that day our defense played an incredible game for 57 minutes, they looked like a top 3 defense in the league, but in the end we still got fat Mac'd.

Ironically the 2010 season is another example, yeah we won the Super Bowl, but that team was stacked with talent and barley made the playoffs.I was probably more critical of Mike McCarthy during the 2010 season than any other season, because the team had insane talent and he was blowing it. We lost a ton of close games because of him, I think all our losses were close that season, pretty sure we didn't lose a game by more than 4pts. That team was loaded.

I'm not as hard on McCarthy as much anymore because the team outside of Rodgers is terrible, but don't get it twisted, I still think McCarthy is a terrible head coach. At this point anyone not watching with green and gold glasses would agree.

You people are so silly that WHEN the packers win another SB with MM and TT you'll still hate them and blame them for everything. That's when they accomplish something rarely done in the NFL winning multiple rings. Yes Arod is amazing but so was Marino, tarkenton, favre, moon ect and those guy didn't win many.

Hell brees is an amazing QB and that team has been very inconsistent over the years. No one lambastes their leadership like the packs tho. I think some people still hate TT for making the right decision with favre. oh well I love the pack but their fan base can be way overly negative and absurd Ill admit.

Pretty much! If I was betting, I would say no but anything is possible with the greatest football player in the NFL.

Big Mac and Rodgers can give us a good enough offense to win a super bowl. Dom Capers can't give us a good enough defense to win a super bowl short of Rodgers and Mac turning up the dial on this offense where we just start to putting up 35 ppg.

I think we have a lot of nice young pieces on this defense. But we need to add another round of that and then get a new def coor. to take this to the next level. If Mac won't part with Dom, then he can go too. I'm just not totally convinced that is our biggest problem to solve right now.

I don't think you can judge TT without a new d coordinator. I think there is talent there. Look at what Hyde and Hayward did after they left. They were maybe average here? Peppers is more productive. He's drafted good talent but has gotten screwed with weird stuff too. Collins, shields, Raji all left prematurely.

I think TT is on his way out this year or next. If what a buddy of mine heard from a "source" is true, Eliot Wolf has taken a larger role in the front office, including this last years draft and the transition has begun. I don't know if that is true, because this guy hates TT and stretches logic immensely to hate on TT, but he said that is what he heard, so who knows.

As for Dom, I know I keep repeating it, but I have to say it again because I am so floored by it. Matt Stafford saying that he has been playing against Dom's defense for 9 years and knows where all the holes are in given situations. Longevity in a DC role isn't necessarily a great thing.

Oh and I will add, is Joe Whitt or whoever is our secondary coach the worst coach in the league? We get these guys that constantly look under coached and under produce but when they leave they are fantastic. I was watching part of that charger game and they mentioned Hayward as one of the elite CBs in the league. Well what the **** were we doing with him, he was barely average here?
