Mccarthy looks drained in the post-game press conference. Will be an interesting off-season.

It wasn't really bad luck. He had a huge hand in how played out (though the defense much more so). Three bad interceptions didn't help the cause.

That "touchdown" catch in the end zone is complete BS. If its called TD I can see letting it be but to overturn it is ridiculous. The NFL sucks at so many things, it's like they're successful in spite of themselves.

The only way I've found that still has us making the playoffs is beating Minnesota and Detroit (obviously), Atlanta losing their remaining 3 games (Tampa, Carolina, New Orleans), Dallas losing at least one more game, Seattle losing two more games, and there might be more that needs to be done. Regardless, playoffs are a pipe dream.

And the only way that I will get to date a Playboy playmate is for 98% of the male population to become extinct.

It really is incredible how Capers is by far the longest tenured defensive coordinator in the entire league. Like, I still can't wrap my head around it.

https://www.acmepackingcompany.com/by-the-numbers/2017/12/13/16767202/packers-worst-situational-defense-in-nfl-dom-capers-2017

There’s only one common name on those two lists.

In other words, not only are the Packers the worst situational defense in the league, they’re easily the worst.

The TD was 1St down, they score 3/4 times anyways.

If 98% of the male population went extinct there would still be 76,000,000 males and your chances would still be ****.

Mike Nolan, OLB Coach of the saints and hired MM in SF. Nolan's best years were mostly with the Ravens, but not entirely. The Jets ranked fourth in defensive DVOA in 2000, and Nolan defenses ranked between seventh and 12th for four straight years from 2009 to 2012.

Would have liked to have seen Jones used more. 3 carries for 47 yards!

2 Jobs you can be really bad at and never have to worry about getting fired.

Weatherman

Defensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers.

No way. If guys like Moss and Whitt were any good they'd have been hired as a DC somewhere else.

Clean sweep.

Pretty much. Time to move away from the Steelers playbook circa 1990.

Wow, Richardson is selling the Panthers. The allegations against him sound terrible, but he must expect more details to come out.

ETA: Just saw the Deadspin piece quoting some of the details. That man is gross as ****.

So after looking at The NY Times playoff machine for the hell of it this is our path. This is assuming we win the final 2. The biggest hurdle is Atlanta has to lose their final 3. The other 2 things that need to happen for us to get in is Dallas beating Seattle and then Dallas losing to Eagles the final week or the flip of that Seattle beats Dallas and Seattle loses to Arizona. That gets us is in as 6 seed. The biggest challenge in that scenario is Atlanta losing the final 3 but if they do lose tomorrow they do have to play Car and NO the final 2 weeks. So if they can somehow lose to Tampa it seems like a punchers chance. I know I’m grasping at straws and this is really selfish but I just want Tampa to win tomorrow so we can have one more meaningful game with #12 under center on Saturday.

The Packers are 3 overtimes and a last second TD from sitting at 3-11 right now.

And those 2 of those 3 wins came against the Bears.

And the 3 overtime wins came against 3 teams who are a combined 9-32.

Like I have been saying all season, opposing offenses look like they're playing Madden on rookie mode vs the Packer's defense....but don't take it from me LMAO.

If it was any team but the Packers I would assume it was one of those bad lip reading NFL videos.
