Do we concede the division and root for the Bears to bury the Lions?

Do we root for the Cowboys, as they are now the likely favorite to win the East, and we would like to see the Skins fall off the map without Smith?

Trubisky likely out for the Bears.

Saints own the tiebreaker, and the Rams still have to play at Chicago.

Getting back to you from the previous thread.

No doubt, I was implying that had the Rams lost Monday, the Saints would pretty much be a lock for HFA. I don't think it matters all that much anyway IMO. Even if the NFC Championship is in LA, I still don't see the Rams beating the Saints, assuming that is the match-up.

The only NFC playoff scenario in which I would be skeptical about picking the Saints, would be if they played the Bears at Soldier Field and that scenario is highly unlikely. Bears Saints in the NFC Championship game is a very real possibility if the Bears beat the Rams in 3 weeks and the Bears end up with the #2 seed. Extremely unlikely the game would be in Chicago though. It's almost cliche, but it's true, no one is beating the Saints in the dome.

Am I too big of a homer to give up? If lions upset here we have a window that’s even Jonny Mac could open.

This post and your screen name go together like turkey and stuffing.

All I can say is is that it's going to be tough, it's short strokes at this point.

Bears too busy celebrating the interception instead of returning it for a TD. Awareness on both sides of the ball was terrible.

Playing in the same division as this Bears team, it's going to be Incredibly difficult for Aaron Rodgers to play in another Super Bowl before he retires. Not only is an aging Rodgers going to get beat up having to face this Bears team twice a season, but even if we get back into the playoffs at some point we're likley going to be stuck as a wild card.

The Bears are in their infancy of what they're going to be over the next few seasons and they're already the 3rd best team in the NFC and a team I would want no part of in January if I am the Rams or Saints. Not surprising, had a feeling this would happen the moment I read that the Bears acquired Mack. It's not just Mack, but he's obviously a huge part of it.

Sooner or later Nagy is going to cost his team a win uneccesarily going for 2. And The Score post game will be glorious.

Dix takes a bad angle and gets burned for a TD.

The Cool thing about the Cowboys playing well and getting their fans all excited, is that you know at some point between now and early January they will once again be smacked in the face with the reality that they are coached by Jason Garrett.

2 things you never do as a football fan, you never take teams coached by Jason Garrett or Mike McCarthy seriously.

Great, now we're going to have to listen to the national media act like the Cowboys can win the NFC because they beat a team with uncle Rico at QB.

DC media market gets the knives out for when the Redskins lose and then go after management when they're bad.

Ha-Ha can't hide like he did in GB...

He will be a great case study with regard to the importance of red flags and how that impacts draftability.
