GT: Goofs at Bucky for the Axe

Post#1 » by Mags FTW » Sat Nov 24, 2018 7:41 pm

Hornibrook is probable. Line opened at -10.5, is up to -12.5 in some places.

What makes me nervous is that this is essentially the Goofs’ Super Bowl. Get Fleck his first signature win, become bowl eligible, and win the Axe for the first time in ages against one of the weakest Badger teams. Would be a good springboard for them heading into next year.

On the other hand, this young Minny team has been awful on the road, and no Badger senior will want to lose the Axe in their last home game.

I love the 2 minute offense play calling down by 10. Run run (penalty). Its so good.

If it meant not losing any recruits, I’d think long and hard about getting rid of Chryst.

Can't wait for Kerb to tell us our expectations are too high.

If the streak is going to finally expire, at least it could happen in Minnesota. This is a lack of pride so far in protecting your own homefield against a rival who is worse again this season. No excuse for being so flat. They didn't really have much else to play for this season. I'd say this is more important than the bowl game, to not lose this stranglehold.

The ho-hum attitude is fine when you're winning. When you're losing, it feels so alarming.

I am not on board for getting rid of him. But this year's performance is not one for his resume.
