Too little too late. Should have done it a few weeks ago to try and salvage the season. Could have rode the honeymoon effect, better game-management, and not losing the troops to being in the playoff race. Not sure what it accomplishes at this point. Might as well have waited until after the season. This stinks of belated desperation, low standards, and emotions. Even though I'm pleased he won't be retained until next season. But you knew he wasn't going to anyways. I guess just cathartic for some people to have the gratification sooner. Hopefully this doesn't backfire with the team winning too many games as an anti-tank missile, trying to impress the new guy. Ideally Rodgers would protect his knee and sit.
