It’s annoying having two kids with the same last name at the same position, but wish em well.

Ideal zone blocking back. Very good to take some of that grind over for Williams and Jones.

The big knocks on him are his hands and pass pro.

This dude makes a lot of big plays for a dude with that 40 time, seems to play much faster. Reminds me a bit of Kareem Hunt actually

On tape he looks like a burner when he hits the open field. I was shocked at his 40 time tbh. Hunt is a pretty solid comp too. Easily my favorite day 3 pick and someone Im excited about. I like Aaron Jones a lot but if this kid is better then **** it, unleash him. I could see by the end of the year the RB rotation looks like Dex as the starter, J Williams as the spell and AJ as the change of pace.

I feel like these dudes who run 4.6 but have tons of breakaway runs are always good players. Burst is the name of the game at RB, long speed is just a nice-to-have. Dude had a 98 yd run so it seems like maybe he just sucks at running 40 yd dashes.

IN A NUTSHELL: Williams sat out the first four games of his
senior season because of an arrest from the previous summer
for misdemeanor marijuana possession and handgun charges.
Once returning, he became a real feature of Notre Dame’s
offense, running for 935 yards (6.3 ypc) and 12 touchdowns
in only nine games. The Florida native is a hard-charging
downhill back who runs well behind his pads. He’s physical
at the contact point and should factor immediately as an earlydown runner in the NFL. Off-field issues certainly negatively
impact his draft stock
