Seriously. Pre-Season is entirely too long.

My proposal would be: longer actual development TC. Behind closed doors. 2-3 weeks. 2 weeks public TC. 2 Pre-Season games where only the depth and end of the roster plays. No Number 1’s risk getting injured. Head to Regular Season by last weekend of August/First Sunday October.

If the field is that bad, fix it up Canada if you want better games.

I wouldn't play Rodgers or half of our other starters on the most pristine, manicured turf in the world.

Canucks are crying about getting a preseason game and they can't even get the turf right. Just call the damn game off, give me back 3.5 hours tonight.

They should definitely play on an 80 yd field just to really drive home the sillyness of preseason.



I mean... seems pretty self explanatory how that would work.

Why does this always happen hours before a game?

Did they just finish installing the field today? Each team should be sending a rep days in advance to inspect the field for these goofy games.

They had a home game last Thursday so they only took this out this week. Epically poor planning but can't say I'm surprised because this is the NFL.
