A good road test to open the season. USF won their first 7 games last year and then lost their last 6.

As someone who lives in Jacksonville, FL. I can guarantee you that there is no way FL is ever going to get it's **** together.

I guess that's why you call yourself WizardofWisc when you're in Florida.

South Florida was awful against the run last year so hopefully it isn't one of those early season Badger struggles to rack up rushing yardage inexplicably.

I hope they get out of there before Dorian hits.

Seems like it's going to be slowing down as it hits the east side of Florida. I think flying out Sunday or later may be an issue.

Yeah I just googled it. As long as they fly out tomorrow, they should be fine. If this game was scheduled for Saturday night, that could be a little touch-and-go because even if it doesn't make landfall by then, the weather ahead of the storm will still be really iffy.

It's south of the University of Central Florida.

Something other than 4 runs up the middle and an endaround to the short side of the field would be great.

I like that play action short pass on 1st down to a wide open TE.

What i dont like is 5 straight runs. 1 1st down than a 3rd and 7. That crap wont cut it against good teams. Its just mind boggling that is the position our coaches put the QB in.

Normally I’d agree with the complaints about running too much but given the circumstances- new qb on the road, best player in cfb behind him, I have no issue with running it. First two were good runs. 3&1 and and 2&12 jet sweep were good calls. The play by Coan on 3&7 was impressive and promising. If he’s good, with Taylor and the WR, offense could be good!

What the **** are these guys talking about with the heat? Like it doesn't get into the upper 80's routinely in Madison during the summer?
