Gary has been quiet and seems Fackrell is firmly ahead of him. He’s still raw and talented but as someone who was probably his biggest champion here I’ll admit I’m disappointed we haven’t seen more flashes.

I'm hopeful he can develop next year or the year after but this is the type of season I was expecting his rookie year.

It's a couple-three months too soon for this, but I'm venting.... Who's gone before the start of camp?
* Graham and Bulaga, as much for limited value compared to contract. What percentage of snaps will Bulaga have played by end of season? It's a recurring theme with him
* King, Allison, Light, Burks, even MVS ?
* Mennenga (ST Coordinator).

Who else?

Yeah, this is venting, but there are several glaring roster weak spots and those were known from early on.

Josh Sitton retired as a Packer today. His presser is live right now.

Burks is less than $927k against the cap, Light is $660k, MVS $714k, and you don't save a huge amount by cutting them when you factor in dead cap. Guys on their rookie deals rarely get cut unless they really suck or cause drama (Spriggs, Josh Jones)

Allison is a FA, so is Bulaga.

Graham is cut for sure, saves $8 mil.

You don't cut King unless you find enough CBs to knock him completely off the depth chart.

Id bring back Crosby, just too much bad kicking out there to move on to save a few million.

Graham and Allison should be gone. I wouldn't pay Martinez much more than the vet min so he's gone too.

Bulaga is the toughest decision. He's good but his body is about shot. I guess if they can come to a reasonable deal I'm fine bringing him back for another year.

From Baranczyk and Dougherty via the MJS:

Analysis: Packers need to give Robert Tonyan bulk of playing time at tight end
Eric Baranczyk and Pete DoughertyPublished 7:00 a.m. CT Dec. 10, 2019 | Updated 7:31 a.m. CT Dec. 10, 2019

GREEN BAY - Matt LaFleur has had almost a full season now to learn his players, and it’s time to make some hard decisions for the season’s stretch drive.

One of them is to flip-flop Jimmy Graham’s and Robert Tonyan’s playing time at tight end.

Graham, who leads the Packers’ tight ends in snaps (524) for the season, had good numbers in the Packers’ 20-15 win over Washington on Sunday. He caught three passes for 49 yards, and two of his catches came on the Packers’ first-quarter touchdown drives.

But it has become painfully obvious that if LaFleur wants to challenge defenses downfield from the tight end position, Graham just doesn’t have the legs to do it anymore.

Watching other teams it's pretty obvious that having a tight end who can actually run is enough in itself to be a difference maker. Feel like it's the money/seniority/him and Aaron are buddies that's keeping him on the field which not to be dramatic, could cost us a playoff game.

I'll give Graham kudos for working hard during his time in Green Bay, including being a serviceable blocker, but it's clear that his athletic skill is fading due to age and hard mileage. Same for Marcedes Lewis. At least in his case, he is often a real solid and crafty blocker. They just don't have the speed or leaping ability they once had.

Odell wants to be a Packer says Skip Bayless. All talk but why not. Gives Browns a 1st.

Cut Jimmy and Allison and that's enough money in salary cap.

That's too much money to tie up at WR.
