Post#1 » by humanrefutation » Sat Sep 7, 2019 6:01 pm

I'm gonna be on a flight so I'll miss a Bucky blowout (hopefully).

Badgers are favored by 35 with an O/U of 53.5.

Hopefully they have the BYU game in the back of their minds.

Taylor in the passing game is legit. They should stop throwing it to him now and save it for Michigan's defense to give them different looks.

Didn't have to do much, but nice ST play. Pressure maybe put on some...pressure.

They are really criticizing Coan for that throw?

Coan has to have a 100% completion percentage and still would probably be bashed for Mertz to get PT.

Well he did underthrow it. So idk what the problem is here. Good QBs lead their WRs. He's playing fine. But if he cant throw accurate down field the good teams will not respect the deep throw.

He obviously gets blame. Just saying he is going to be scrutinized on every play. If Mertz is better right now he should play. We aren't at camp or practices so we can't make that decision. I'll trust chryst.

Coan is playing well so far. But I really want to see some deep passes completed/called more against these weak teams. These should be treated as almost practice games and work on the passing game.i like some of these easy short passes but that will not work if the defense doesn't respect the deep passes.

Yeah he's gone. And he should be, RBs don't have a long football lifespan. And he might break the big records in three seasons anyway.

I know it’s only USF and Central Michigan but the D looks legit. I’m optimistic that this is going to be a good year for all Wisconsin football.

Hence why both QBs should get snaps and see who comes out of 1st 2 games to get starts vs Mich, but keeping redshirt status seems like a priority for PC.
