Not quite. According to him, he just doesn't want to play 6 different positions. He wants a more clearly defined role that either involves him bulking up or slimming down. Seems like a fair request
So in other words not a Hyde role.

Easy fix...trade Kevin King for him, make him our cornerback opposite Jaire. He is better and healthier. He is just as good at corner as safety.

Something tells me Ravens get him for safety opposite Earl Thomas.
I'm pretty sure he told teams pre draft he didnt want to play Saftey so I'm not sure about that Ravens idea.

As for the King part. Fitz is ideally suited to play the slot where hes thrived and struggled when put on the outside. While King is ideally suited to play on the outside and not so much suited to play in the slot. Not a huge fan of opening one hole up to shore up another

Okay, I didn't say he was gonna be Hyde. We'd still be able to make use of his versatility. He just doesn't want to play 2 LB positions and then play slot corner at the same weight
From what I've seen is that he doesnt want to play multiple positions. Not that hes playing too many. That he just wants to focus on one.

Perhaps I've read the wrong reports. If you got a link that says otherwise I'd appreciate it

https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/08/14/minkah-fitzpatrick-agrees-with-mom-that-hes-miscast/

So that article basically says he doesn't want to play inside. So that's a no on box safety or any kind of ILB position. But slot, FS, and occasional boundary should still be in play.

I saw a few tweets on reddit saying it was a weight issue, but I guess they're not reliable so we'll just say I'm wrong about that

Antonio Brown forcing his way to the Patriots is so incredibly corrupt. I'm going to be salty about it for the rest of the season.

Patriots organization does everything possible to get every other fan base to hate them.

Trubisky is 11-19 for 79 yards.

This is one crazy ending to Broncos Bears
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

lmao, incredibly unclutch defense by the bears. allowing a 4th and 10 and 4th and 3 then a 2pt.

That penalty was even worse than the penalties Matthews was getting.

With Savage coming out in a boot after the game today, and Raven Greene also being injured -- I think that the push for Fitzpatrick should be pretty strong coming out of Green Bay.

There have been two just horrible roughing penalties in this game. The Bears got a bad one called against Goldman earlier.

Trubisky is still trash.

That roughing call was just horrible, and it cost the Broncos the game.
