Similar to Chicago, good defense, not good offense. Packers favored by 8. Seems a bit high. Another test for our still evolving offense.

Opened at 6.5

Sharps must've slammed the Packers right out of the gate.

Broncos don't look like a good team. I hope we don't change that

Looking at the rest of our schedule, 10 wins has to be the absolute floor for this team.

Feel pretty confident in saying that Joe Flacco isn't gonna carve up this defense. It's all gonna come down to whether or not Rodgers and the offense can get their **** together.

Greene is on IR and the Pack get a waiver from the Chiefs.

Possibly more reason to go get Minkah or Ramsey?

I'm not sure we have a guy like Greene to bring into the roster. He is pretty much a SS and WILB merged into one. Ramsey and Fitzpatrick aren't that guy. I still like Minkah on the team since our slot corner position is manned by a player on the very back end of his career. I don't think we want to send out a 1st for a player that is going to need a new contract almost immediately.

What's Josh Jones up to these days.

Regarding the offense, we hopefully can expand on that one quarter of good football. We knew it was going to take time. September is the new preseason (plus these are good defenses). Hopefully week 3 we see another level of improvement.

Can't believe we are all saying "our defense should keep us in this game, all we need is the offense to get on track."

Going into the season I said that if they can get 3 wins the first 7 weeks I'd feel good about their ability to make a push down the stretch........ At 2-0 however I'm getting greedy now

3-4 with a bunch of home games against division opponents? That's a low bar to clear even with 4-5 tough opponents in there.

A bunch of home games where I believe/believed the offense would/will struggle to score over 20 or more points a game (still do) with alot of damn good defenses and growing pains from the offense along with 4/5 (depending how you feel about the Lions but division games are always tough anyways) of them being borderline playoff teams.

In today's NFL it's EXTREMELY hard to win when all that's working against you home games or not. I wouldn't say a slightly below .500 prediction with all that being the the case is setting the bar low

Like what I've seen from Savage other than Cook's long touchdown run.
