Game 5: Packers @ Cowboys (3:25PM on FOX)

Another opportunity for a statement road win. I won't panic if we lose, especially without some of our injuries, but I really need to see more from our run defense and the offensive line needs to protect Aaron in the pocket.

Go Pack.

Well, Cowboys are due for a win in Dallas against the Packers. 2007 was the last time

I'm surprised the line hasn't moved from 3.5

Expecting a loss. Still think they can finish 12-4 if they do. Will be cool with a win though.

Under MM, this is the kind of situation where I’d feel fairly confident- a long lay-off coming off a loss, w/ injuries to deal with.

We’ll see how well LaFleur has the team prepped.

The good news is, none of our injuries are a surprise. We can game-plan for them. Its last-minute or in-game injuries that are really tough.

On the plus side, Dallas is overrated as ****. They beat the Giants, Skins, and Dolphins before losing to the Saints without Brees.

This game is LaFleur's first big test as an NFL head coach. One of the greatest signs you have a well coached team or not is how a team responds after a loss. Eagles and Cowboys are a great example of what I am talking about. The Eagles are very well coached by Doug Pederson, I feared them even more coming in off that loss to the Lions. Jason Garrett on the other hand is a joke of an NFL head coach, one of the few guys I would take Mike McCarthy over. I actually feel more confident today because the Cowboys lost last week. Beat the Cowboys today and I'll forget that Eagles game even happened.

I think it's a solid line though I agree with you.

I hate to do it but my head says Cowboys, so I'm gonna lay some scratch.

Packers come first though, so if I lose I lose $ happily.

Will be impressed if Lafleur gets it done. Just need enough WR/TE action to spring Jones a couple times, IMO.

What kind of sadistic **** schedules a Packers game against the Admirals season opener? I am outraged.

If we get stomped coming off of a loss, to a Jason Garrett coached team. It will be LaFleur's first red flag, at least to me.

Nothing really gets me more excited than the prospect of listening to Buck and Aikman calling a Packers/Comboys game :blank:

Think we lose by two scores, minimum.

Our anemic offense is missing the only real receiving threat we have. Don't get your hopes up too much.

While missing our top offensive player in an away game? Eh I don’t agree with that
