Saints Lead Up (SNF)

Heading to NOLA. Hopefully Clark is back. It's going to be a tough game for our defense.

Thomas was out yesterday. Hoping he gets an extra week of rest before week four.

I can’t decide if Packers fans or local media are worse. You’d think we were 0-2 after two blowouts. Just enjoy something for once.

I'm really interested to see how having no-fans continues to affect these dome environments. The offense hasn't been slowed down yet and I don't expect the Saints to be the first to do so. Need Davante healthy for this one though.

What about Adams? Is he expected to play?

Oddly enough, he's in Green Bay right now meeting with our team doctor

I'm sure he will. He probably could've played yesterday but they felt they had the game in hand

We are a lot of fun to watch, which is really refreshing. Much more than the bubble Bucks. Get Clark back and that will help our defense a lot.

I'm fairly sure we have been up by at least 20 points in the 4th quarter of both games. Unless you lose the game like the Falcons did, not much to complain about.

I will say this defense looks designed for the Packers to be leading, so we can get the other team passing. Running offenses are going to still be a major problem for us.

Tennessee and dare-I-say the Colts?

Packers +3.5

O/U is 51.5
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Thomas won't be back from a high ankle sprain. Reports are Adams is fine.

The scary thing here will be if the Saints stick to the run early. Both the Vikes and Lions abandoned it too early. If I'm coaching against the Packers, I'm running until I can't run anymore.

He's going to throw for 500 yards because I said this but Brees looks like Peyton Manning in his last year. Nothing on his passes, just floating in there and hoping the receiver is open enough that the defender can't recover.

Yeah Brees looks like he has a noodle arm. I'm sure he'll be in his prime on Sun night though.

Never thought I'd say this about a Drew Brees led offense, but you basically have to sit on those short routes and dare him to beat you deep. The arm strength just isn't there anymore. If Kenny is still out, you're gonna have to bring a safety up and stack the box.

Because Brady is a mutant and playing fairly well into his 40s guys like Brees and Rivers don't seem to get the normal 'are they old and just washed now' conversation they deserve.

With that said you're right Brees probably carves up the packers Sunday.
