To make it a fair comparison, first 3 games for all those teams:
2007 Patriots - 3.8
2020 Packers - 3.73
2018 Chiefs - 3.69
2013 Broncos - 3.09
2011 Saints - 2.97
2011 Packers - 2.6

Still really impressive

Thought he looked good myself. But I also think Tonyan (and even Sternberger) has looked good too. Its a system thing, maybe?

Speaking of TEs, I wonder what kind of counters the Pack can run for that PA-bootleg-to-TE pass play to punish teams when defenses inevitably commit to stopping that play? I get its play-action so the “counter” is already built-in (i.e., hand the ball off) but I imagine sometime soon, DCs will drill their LBs to stick w our TE no matter what—that play is too dangerous to not try and take away—what then? What else opens up if LBs overcommit to our TEs there?

Gotta prepare for teams to try and take that away. Its too good a play.

First that leaves Rodgers wide open for a run unless the end wasn't fooled by the PA and someone else was responsible for the TE. But like you said, what if it was a run play. You got a wide open cut up the field with Bahk/Turner letting the end run to the backfield and them already taking on a LB/S in the 2nd level.

I've had just about enough surprise injuries for the week. Really hope Lazard doesn't miss time.

Can't find a reason for Lazard missing and nothing on Clark either.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Jordy still in shape? The WR group is decimated.

Oof, that's a 3-8 week surgery recovery time. The Lazard will never amount to anything because he was undrafted is safe for now. A couple more weeks and I was about to start trolling. 8-)

Big opportunities for Sternberger and Tonyan now. They NEED to step up.

Recovering from that surgery could be 8 weeks or more (or less). That would point to early December for his return.

When is EQ supposed to be back?

Don't worry, this is why we drafted... nevermind.
