I understand Davante is mad but we have a bye week. Let's get him as close to 100% as possible.

Risk vs reward

Best case: he plays and helps you win
Worst case: he plays and reinjures it

Not worth it...wait until after the bye week

That's quite the not-so-subtle shot at the coaching and training staff. Not a great look Davante.

I have a bad feeling about this game can’t see how this defense slows down Julio and Ridley. Matt Ryan is still plenty good enough to shred this defense.

Missing our top 2 WRs it will be hard to keep up in a shootout.

Me too. But if we lose it's not the end of the world. ATL is due for a win and our injuries are catching up to us. However, we still have Rodgers and a 3 headed monster at running back.

Michael Thomas did the same exact thing yesterday. Not worried about it. He worked his butt off to get to a point where he can play and feels slighted. At the end of the day I think both players realize the team is thinking long term.

I like his attitude, he's dying to play, just the competitive nature showing, it's fine.

And I think it's a good decision. Rather he rest up with the bye. It makes sense.

We may have to run the ball, use TEs and back in the passing game, chew up clock and keep their offense off the field.

Might we see Jones and Ervin as a sometime slot receiver and more of Dillon?

idk how much it matters in reality, but I can't imagine the organization is thrilled with Davante tweeting out that news ahead of schedule.

Feels like the Philly Thursday nighter from last year when we lost to a team really desperate for a win.

He deleted his tweet.

A loss tonight would in no way be surprising. Falcons will score a bunch. Hopefully we can too. Lots of AJ and Big Bob.

Line went from -7 to -6 after the tweet. Moving a line off 7 takes some significant money.

But of course. It's Monday night. If Jaire can't go it's gonna be a long night. Julio goes for 200 yards
Everything about this game feels yucky

I feel like Julio always gets 200 yards against us.

MVS, Shepherd, Taylor, and Begelton has to be one of the weakest WR groups ever assembled for an NFL game.

Davante gets $31,250 in game bonus' to play. If he worked hard this week, met all the requirements, and then got told no he has every right to be pissed.

Sounds like Gary and Clark are going to be out too. This could be a rough one.
