Niners Leadup - Niners shutter facility due to positive COVID tests

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Mon Nov 2, 2020 1:16 pm

Niners got banged up Sunday. Kittle and Jimmy G left the game.

As far as I remember we had no injuries Sunday. It would be nice to get Jones and Bakhtiari back.

Packers open -2.5
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Lazard coming back would be huge too. idk how much longer I can watch MVS and EQ brick every ball.

Just imagine if it was like Rodgers and he somehow got Boyle sick too, so we had to roll with Love on Thursday :o

That's a damning fact at the near halfway mark of the season, along with being a carryover problem from last year.

It's both scheme and personnel.

Not that I think it matters much because the Niners will probably run the ball for 250 yards, but they could be without Jimmy G and Kittle if the game still happens on Thursday. If we're going to beat them, that's the time to play them. If it gets moved due to Dillon's positive test, that obviously wouldn't help.

I think I'd rather face Jimmy G in his current state than Mullens.

San Fran could be without their entire starting D-line, top 3 RB's, Jimmy G, Kittle, Deebo and the 49ers will still find a way to run for 200+ yards an bitch slap t his defense and their defense will punk our O-line all game in a 35-10 route.

Pettine shouldn't be allowed to board the flight back to Green Bay if that happens. With the mini bye following the Thursday nighter, he better be canned immediately if there is a repeat of yesterday's game with that lineup the Niners are going to be trotting out there.

Let that MASH unit run all over our defense and you'd almost be forced to seriously consider canning Pettine mid-season.
