10team/PPR 10th pick

Was keying on Ekeler and he went just before me putting me on tilt. I generally hit WR hard early rounds but thought the pool was way deeper than RB especially being on the turn. Went Taylor/Gibson at 10/11. Diggs was my keeper at the cost of a 9th rounder.

KMurray/TLance
Taylor/Gibson/Dam.Harris/Ch.Edmonds
Diggs/K.Allen/AJBrown/Juedy/BCooks/MiThomas
Pitts/Everett

QB
RB1
RB2
WR1
WR2
WR3
TE
Flex (RB/WR)
Flex (RB/WR/TE)

Think I saved the team a bit after wanting to throw up after taking Taylor/Gibson with first two picks. :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

Need two of the 3 for a WR2 spot and a Flex spot.

DeVonta Smith, Chase Claypool and Josh Jacobs. Thinking of moving Smith into the lineup over Claypool and leaving Jacobs as my flex. Thoughts?

Think I’d roll with the WRs

Jacobs is out now, so that answers that.

RIP Mike Tagliere.

Great analyst, feel like I lost a friend. 39 year old father of two, fully vaccinated, and still died from COVID.

What kind of value would you expect back in a trade for Tyreke in a ppr league?

In PPR you will probably get someone to overpay. The problem with Hill (similar to prime DeSean Jackson) is he can have 3 catches for 150 yards and 2 tds, then a game with 2 catches for 30 yards....which is great in standard. But when you can a Cooper Kupp or someone else who isn't just catching bombs but ends up with 10 catches for 150 yards in one game then 8 catches for 79 that adds up.

I like Hill more in leagues that give bonus points for big plays (i.e. 50 yards or more).

Two of the biggest lessons people have to learn:

1.) DRAFT YOUR HANDCUFFS
Last year I had CMC, drafted Mike Davis with my 2nd to last pick and won it all because of that. This year I drafted Javonte Williams/Melvin Gordon and Swift/Jamaal Williams. The dude who drafted CMC didn't select Hubbard and now I have him. I never understood why people draft handcuffs to players they don't have. Dude literally has AJ Dillon without Aaron Jones and Justin Jackson without Ekeler but refused to draft his own handcuffs. I don't understand how people don't get this. Overdraft your handcuffs if need be. You take Chubb in the first? Better get Hunt in the 3rd-5th. It's not rocket science.

2.) Don't be afraid to draft a player who had a down year last year, especially when there are drastic roster/coaching changes.
-One year I drafted Dalvin Cook and Derrick Henry, they both flopped. Very next year, I drafted both again and everyone laughed. Easy championship...now both are top 5 picks. I did not abide by the lesson with Cooper Kupp. I knew Stafford would be a difference maker, but he let me down so often last year I couldn't pull the trigger on him when I should have.

Can I just say how much I hate PPR.

My opponent's wrs had no tds but he still got on average more than 20 points per player.

Welp.

I was up 30 and Andrews put up 38 in my league. 140 point week goes to waste and I’m 1-4. SMH

Just seeing this tonight but holy crap would I love to be in a league with GMs drafting backups in rounds 3-5.

In fairness Hunt in the 5th isn't a horrible idea in a ppr league

Evans lol....sorry saw this too late. Did you decide already?

If you already started Evans and Brown I would probably sit Woods thinking they will run most of the game and Woods had his game last week (when I faced him) so this is Kupp's turn.

On a side note, I picked up Herbert as a "give it a try" pick after Montgomery went down and he went unclaimed. Now I have to play him vs GB along with Davante and Aaron. I should get some points from at least 2 of those.

We have actually been ok vs the run but I have to start him.

I did not make the correct decision but I still won. :D

Having a tough time with my FLEX spot this week. D'Andre Swift or Tyler Lockett?
