Home game at noon, followed by a Thursday night tilt with the undefeated Cardinals in Arizona. Potential trap game here if they're looking ahead.

David Bakhtiari: The five-time All-Pro left tackle is eligible to come off the physically unable to perform list (PUP) and begin practicing this week, which would open a three-week window during which Bakhtiari could practice without taking up a 53-man roster spot.
LaFleur said he "would anticipate" Bakhtiari practicing this week, but there would be a "ramp-up period" for Bakhtiari to gain confidence in his reconstructed knee before the coaching staff would look at inserting him into game action.
"When you're coming off a pretty significant injury, you don't want to just throw somebody out there," LaFleur said.
Josh Myers: The rookie center left the Bears game in the first quarter with a knee injury and is expected to miss multiple games.
Jaire Alexander: Season-ending surgery on the second-team All-Pro corner's injured shoulder still has not been ruled out, but the medical scans to this point show Alexander's recovery "progressing nicely."
Marquez Valdes-Scantling: The speedy receiver's hamstring injury has kept him out three games, and he's eligible to return from IR this week, but LaFleur did not know if he would be back at practice.
Among other injured players, there was no mention Monday of outside linebacker Za'Darius Smith (on IR, back) or safety Darnell Savage (left Sunday with concussion).

Anyone watch WFT? their defense looks like utter trash... whats wrong over there? Outside of Leroy and Gary Ellerson calling chase young a bust for not leading the NFL in sacks every year, I don't know what other reason for their defense to be so bad.

LOAD MANAGEMENT.
I was a kid in the 80s and definitely did the Tim Harris finger guns when I'd make a play in backyard footballraysbookclub wrote:1. WFT is... Idk... I'm glad they're not my team. They're a dysfunctional organization and it shows on the field. Shooting themselves in the foot all the time. Their offense isn't scary. Their defensive front 4 was scary last year but not this year.
2. Schedule does look really tough, but who knows how each team will look on a given Sunday in a month or two, especially with injuries/COVID. Who knows, too, what weaknesses will get exposed in a given game. Maybe Houston's D plays AZ well and gives a blueprint. Ok, probably not, haha. Anyway, just have to take it a week at a time.
3. Tim Harris is being inducted into the GB HOF. He was awesome, even though he didn't play for that long. He and rookie Sterling Sharpe were like the sole rays of light on those late 1980s teams. I was a kid, but I remember those Sundays: GB game at noon, usually a loss, then listen to 620 radio for commiserating with other fans, fall asleep listening, wake up for dinner. If there were one guy from those 1980s teams I would love to bring into the present and play for GB, it'd be him. He was such a force at 3-4 edge.
