Badgers favored by 3.5
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Watching some Wake vs Army.

Positive: it is not embarrassing at all to have a close game with Army.

Negative: we were told the way to beat Army was through the air. Mertz sucks, Davis and Pryor are just average players. Wake is potentially going to win this game 70-63. Almost every play Wake runs is a mismatch for a long passing TD.

I think the Badgers are down to two TEs.

Gets an int inside the 40. Run twice then forced to pass cuz our offense is so predictive. Sack fumble TD. Suck a conservative ass coach.

This offense man.

Another game they're completely giving away. Purdue has less than 50 freaking total yards and we're losing

Not rushing Allen inside the two yard line is a decision.

Complaints, in order:
1. Not using Allen who I would hope wouldn’t fumble that close.
2. Not running QB sneak or FB dive from 1 inch away on 2nd down.

3. The end around…didn’t absolutely hate it because it felt like Chez had no chance up the middle.

It’s really something with this team.

Im not arguing it’s a top 10 team but the defense is so good and they can kinda run they should still win most of the rest of the games on their schedule if they just keep it away from Mertz for the most part.

Usually turnovers are luck to a degree. We know Mertz will throw some picks but this team may be historic in its ability to always have a net loss in turnovers and key plays which usually even out in games over the year. They don’t let Mertz pass much and instead they just fumble on every run and Mertz doesn’t even see a pass rusher.

I’m good with promoting Leonard on the bud ride home. Chryst can get some emeritus job in the AD or something.

That super slow developing play on 2nd down when he knows our LT can’t block a pass rushing chair, broke me.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Does Purdue really think they’re smarter than the entire history of football with this 3 QB bull?

This is what I was thinking the rest of the way. Unfortunately Mertz is Stave with worse INT problems but other than Iowa or maybe @Minnesota all of these games should be winnable by doing exactly that.

This team isn’t anything special (well, the defense is) but it’s closer to some of the mediocre Badger teams of the past 20-30 years that can beat up on the lean part of the schedule. Front-loaded schedule made things look worse than they really were.
