I guess if Swift is healthy it's a good pickup but he's never healthy.

Damn, Seelers have Benton and Herbig. Are there any more UW players projected to be drafted at all today?

I think most teams would prefer to package 7th rounders to move up. The issue is other teams would rather do that too so is it worth 3 7ths to move up say 5 spots in the 5th?

If Gute could find a taker, I hope he would accept that limited gain. I suscribe to Mags FTW's potential for sticking on the roster math (see up thread). I have low confidence in any of those 7th rounders being on roster come September. I'd rather they took the chance on a theoretically better player in the 5th.

I know I'm kinda on an island with that thought though.
I think that roster math being referenced isn't as simple when you're really just adding .5% to one draft pick.

I'm for useing the 7ths to move up if they like a player but that useing that math equation to justify it is faulty logic. Maybe if you can package all 4 7ths for a 5th outright sure but you're gonna run into the issue of other teams not wanting to do that due to the same reason as wanting GB to do it

Torchio will get a chance as a free agent, but the cupboard was pretty bare. Benton and Herbig in particular didn't get enough credit for how good they were, what with all the other issues on the team and the fact that opposing offenses pretty much only had to worry about them for most of the year.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

I guess I’m an outlier and like him lol. Or I at least don’t find him insufferable

Eagles strategy of basically trying to rebuild a Georgia defense at the nfl level is not a bad one.

Maybe they’d massively overpay for Wyatt and Quay, hmm

I'd take any of Skinner, Antonio Johnson or Anthony Johnson Jr with this pick, but Vorhees feels like a guy we really want to draft.

I'd be cool redshirting Vorhees if that's the pick. The dude is dominant, so you'd just have to hope his health gets back to him.

I like him as well other than his bias against Guty because apparently Guty lied to him with an answer at a press conference a few years ago. Since then every opinion he has is based on that moment with a major anti Guty bias.

Example rips him for a month straight for not being flexible and just taking two 2nds to get out of the contract. Immediately after the trade he rips Guty for saying he didn’t get that much in the trade. Once Guty is gone I imagine his opinion will become less biased and more balanced. He really hates Guty with a passion.

For RB's I like Zach Evans, Mcintosh, McBride. If its more of a utility guy Mitchell could be a ton of fun.
