GT: Buffalo at Bucky - 2:30 - FS1

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Sat Sep 2, 2023 3:15 am

Fortunately this isn't on ESPN. Badgers favored by 28. The Fickell era begins. I'm curious to see the offense.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Thankfully fans get to bring 2 water bottles to the game. Gonna be a scorcher. I’m in the upper deck so I’m thinking the sun will be behind us by the time the game starts which should help a lot.

I keep seeing people say it's gonna be horribly hot today and it'll certainly be a summer day but 90 with relatively dry air likely won't be that awful.

The seating bowl is all aluminum benches, it will be awful in the sun, even if you have a seatback.

Yeah, it could be the hottest game in Badger history (I think I heard 92). I've been to some hot ones where they do the water thing, but I can't recall 90s.

I don't believe the Big Ten has any games on ESPN this year which is nice

Looking forward to seeing the new offense & defense in action today

It'll be warm. I've just been seeing people with similar comments and reactions to how they were last week when it was legitimately horribly hot.

It'll be fine. People are just finicky.

The main thing I've noticed so far is that Mordecai has locked on his receiver every time.

Passing game looks awkward early. Run game looks really good, even factoring in the the competition. Mellusi and Allen look faster than I remember them so far.

Fox's scorebug is impossibly bad.

I’ve noticed the same thing and he looks so rigid and mechanical too.
