The Pack D actually did a respectable job on keeping Fields from going nuts on runs, and the pass rush seemed to rattle him too. Those things and they could not get their screens or outlet passes to work consistently either.

The D played with intensity, sometimes too much (judging by stupid Unsportsmanlike ****). Still, playing hard from start to finish was fun to watch.

Wyatt was an absolute stud, he lived in the backfield today. Give that man an A.

Super solid B+ from Reed overall between return game and a couple good receptions. I'm so happy we got him. I hope he avoided a major injury (haven't checked thread for updates yet).

What a great and entertaining second half. I can't think of a much better way to have started this season.

EDIT: He went back out! That's awesome. I started making dinner so must have missed it.

Dehydration leading to pulled muscles? The TV folks were going off on how hot if was in the sun on the Packer sidelines - reflections off the lights and such. Adding it's no wonder the visitors get stuck with that side of the field.

Today was outstanding. Really hard to ask for anything more than what we got today. There were inconsistencies and that'll happen with young guys but man what a thorough butt kicking.

I kept saying reports in camp where that he took the biggest step forward, especially in shared practices with Pats and Bengals. He was great...and as much as I was hoping for Jalen Carter to line up next to him, Van Ness looked good.

There's still a ton of room for improvement which is exciting.

Moarrrr Musgrave.

I think we would've seen it if he stopped tripping over his own feet.

Lafleur said he cramped on one of the plays. We know he can get open, just has to make plays.

Listening to Chicago radio all week all I heard was DJ Moore was a top 10-15 wr...and Fields has more experience than Love....they have this one wrapped up without Christian Watson. How they got so much better by signing Edmunds (forget the fact they basically traded Roquan for him so that's wash).

Now I hear nothing but excuses and "we have two firsts in this draft and a bunch of money to spend in free agency."

I have no clue how good we are but I know the Bears still suck. Now we just have to hope they (or the Panthers) don't suck enough to allow them to land Caleb Williams.

I say this as someone who was financially invested in seeing Moore get 50 yards, it was WILD how little Fields actually looked his way. After the second quarter it was almost all I watched when the Packers were on D, and Fields just straight up didn't give Moore a second thought.
