Bert's team isn't very good but they beat a decent Maryland team on the road last week.

The rest of this season is about seeing if Locke can be the guy next year.

Badgers favored by 3 (opened at 4).

Really excited to see Braedyn Locke. There's a real chance he's the guy foe the next 3 years so let's see what he's got

Well he's very sackable, for one thing.

Sorry, gotta warm up my negativity muscles to endure any more of these games. Think we're already shoulder-deep in "this board is more entertaining when the team sucks" territory with this squad.

Locke does not take care of the ball.

How short of a leash does Locke have? No shot of giving Evers a look?

If that line is accurate, there's no way he got it.

How do you manage to hold and lose 3 yards on a run? Like how bad does your line have to be for that to happen?

I wonder what this coaching staff/team does during the week.

Burkett is the backup, not Evers

Fickell's Cincinnati teams were always among the most penalized in the country. It's showing

Just giving our freshman QB zero helps. Pre snap penalties, struggling to run the ball, WRs dropping passes.

I agree. They should have just punted it. If you can't make anything else, you can at least make college football history.

Would anyone care if we just forfeit the rest of the season? They are TERRIBLE.

The announcer said he talked to some "old heads" who say the Illinois QB reminds them of Red Grange.

Red Grange graduated from Illinois 98(!) years ago. 1925.

What old heads was he talking to? Buncha 100+ year olds in Champaign?
