Noon game in Jacksonville. Fox. Jags are 2-5.
McManus returns, he played 1 season there.
Have to clean up ST (we've been saying that for years).
Need to take care of business and go into the Detroit game 6-2.

Should be blowout win against my second favorite team.
Packers probably 6-1 or 7-0 right now if they had a capable kicker all season.

Jags just played two in a row overseas. Although they played well today, we should win this game as long as we aren't overlooking them.
Stopped Brian Thomas Jr. He is their main threat.

Should be a big win. But I don't trust this team when it heads to Florida. Never have.

Feels like a classic trap game. On the road in a place the team has often struggled (florida) a week before one of the biggest games of the year (Lions @ home)

Yes we need to clean up ST's but also at least SOME parts of it seem to be working. Both kickers seem to be good. We had one big KO return given up, otherwise there haven't been many big returns.
In the past it felt like ALL STs was terrible (minus those good Crosby years) but I do feel more hopeful that it can get fixed. I just think putting too much on Reed. Let the guy focus on O, don't throw him on STs (also risk of injury not worth it). Just give it to Nixon.

I’ll be there too, coming up from Jupiter. 13 family members meeting there for the game. We’ll all have Jordan Love jerseys on.

Having McKinney certainly helps. But last year we were carved up by Tommy DeVito and Bryce Young.

I love defenses with smart safeties. It is difficult to run things like this without safeties that can make it work.

Having good safeties helps, but this whole season has been a masterclass (on offense and defense) in the importance of coaching/scheme in football more so than any other major sport. This is still largely the same personnel as last season, but you can visibly see the difference in aggression and guys out there actually knowing what to do. Talent was clearly never the issue when we'd see other defenses constantly doing more with less. Just gotta pray that Hafley doesn't bolt this offseason for an HC gig and we get him for a few more years.

Coop and Wilson trending up. Quay might be reduced to blitz packages at this rate.

I hadn't realized until this week that Wilson was 30 years old.
