GT: Wisconsin at Nebraska - 11/23/24 - 2:30 - BTN

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Fri Nov 22, 2024 12:35 pm

Both teams 5-5. Badgers on a 3 game slide, Huskers have dropped 4 straight. Badgers a 1.5 dog.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Whichever team loses, their fanbase is going to go into full meltdown mode

The bowl streak maybe coming to an end (schedule, schedule, schedule, folks) and the bowl drought where they lose every time they have a chance maybe continuing for Nebraska.

Probably going to be a rock fight. Raiola isn't ready to be great yet, Nebraska has a good defense...we are going to end up facing 6 top 15 national SP+ defenses this season. Fun.

2 TD's and 7 picks over their 4 game losing streak. Locke has 2/4 over the 3 game losing streak.

Need this one to keep pace with Nebraska.

Not a lot a faith in this one. As long as Locke is our QB I will never ever think we can beat anybody! Hate saying this because have a decent team surrounding him , but he so bad!

The defense seemed to greatly benefit from the bye week and I expect them to be good. It will be interesting to see how Not Longo, whoever that is, calls plays. I'll also be watching for signs of a shorter leash with Locke, who might have lost his only patron on the coaching staff last week. A side effect of a simplified playbook could be making Mettauer a better option than he's been made out to be.

Worried that a lot of people are gonna realize they had no idea how good Wohler really is until they see how much they miss him when he's out.

We obviously some version of the LaFleur-Willis offense to make this work with a subpar QB like Locke.
