Big game. Actually every game is big. But you have to win your home games. Win this and get a mini bye at 2-0.
We'll be down 2 OL starters. Commanders are mostly healthy.
Quinn is a good defensive coach and coached Parsons in Dallas for 3 years. Bobby Wagner looked good week 1.
I expect Parsons to be around the same 45-50% as last game. Lined up all over.
Daniels is good and is a huge run threat. Cooper as a spy? I hate to take him out of the regular defense. Hafley will have to cook up something.
Croskey-Merritt had a nice debut. They have some good offensive weapons.
Washington had 12 penalties (flagged 14 times)s. They had 4 offensive holding, 2 defensive holding, roughing the passer, roughness and others. The Packers had 4.
10 Packers had receptions week 1.
Packers only had 266 yards last week and held the ball for only 24:35.
Packers favored by 3.5.
There are always opposing fans at Lambeau. It's a bucket list thing for many, especially early in the season when the weather is great. But there are ALWAYS more Packer fans in opposing stadiums than opposing fans at Lambeau. There will be Commanders fans of course but they won't be in my seat. GO PACK GO.

Two things I think Green Bay has going for them
Any time MLF's offense has gone up against Dan Quinn's defense, MLFs offense has won the battle fairly easily.
Add on that Green Bay is the youngest team in the NFL, Washington is the NFLs oldest team, and Washington has to travel after playing a road game last week, so Green Bay should have the rest advantage

Thursday games are bad enough for the players, but the league should really try and have teams play at home before they have a road game on Thursday.

It's wild how quickly I went from "cautiously pessimistic" about this team to "GIVE ME MORE FOOBAW!" as soon as that Parsons trade hit. Can't wait for tomorrow.

Washington was home past week. Dolphins are home this week and travel for TNF next week. Packers are home the week before going to Detroit on Thanksgiving. I didn't check every week but it appears as if they don't make teams travel the week before they travel for TNF.

Looks like I'll be making the trip but miss me with the white out stuff.
I dont wear a lot of white clothes and own zero Packers shirts that are white. You'd assume if they wanted the white out participation thing they'd do a Pick N Save paper thin white t-shirt giveway for the game.

Yeah a white shirt giveaway would have been the way to go. Many only wear green gear. Instead we have a "waterproof phone case" giveaway.
They'll be selling stuff of course but it won't be cheap.

Ah, you're right. Washington wearing white threw me off but they were at home. Still think Green Bay should have the rest advantage though

				Surprised Tom is questionable.

I'd be inclined to let him take the mini bye to heal up. But I trust the Packers not to risk him needlessly.

In the first half of the season (Weeks 1-8), home teams have gone 25-22 straight up on Thursday Night Football. Going back even further, since 2016, TNF home teams in Weeks 9 and later are 44-27 SU.
The theory is the fatigue factor isn't really there early in the season. Makes sense.

That's not great news, but at this point I have some decent confidence that Morgan and Kinnard can play well.

Oldest team in the league vs the youngest team in the league.

Based on elevations it seems likely that Nate Hobbs will play tonight. And that Zach Tom & Aaron Banks are both out
