The kid wants to go to mini camp, wants to pass up Hollywood, wants to pass up $12K and the NFL won't let him. :nonono:

Advertising before the game. Money before the sport.

Demanded and enforced by the league.

Brings even more meaning to the saying - "Its a business"

Damn sad its this bad!

Upside to this story - Makes Jackson look even more appealing!

What I don't get is how can this premier event be that big of a deal? What is this thing for anyway? Is it even on TV? I never really heard much about it before. With the draft, people care about that and its hyped up and people want to watch it, but if this thing is on TV, I have no idea when its on and I wouldn't care to watch it anyway. The only thing I heard about it is that they take pictures for their football cards and who cares about that anyway? Am I missing something here?

We should start a protest

This no doubt could be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Makes no sense at all and how is it even fair to the player. Wants to prove that he should become the starter and the NFL wont let him because he has attend a photo shoot. STUPID STUPID!!. Any body have any idea what other rookies are going through this or is it just him

The question I have is why did the Packers schedule mini-camp on the weekend that the NFL has this mandatory event?

Farve had his golf event last weekend, and his daughter
