Did I miss the thread on this? If not, delete it out.
I'm going 9-7. The defense will keep us in games, and if Favre can play a patient game, the offense will get us enough points to win.
Bears will win the division at 10-6. Not sure if 9-wins will get a wildcard berth but think it will.
Vikings and Lions will be a mess.

I agree with 9-7
I think the defense will carry the load early in the season...I feel the offense is going to surprise allot of people.
If Favre has more TD then INT the Packers will be just fine.....

I said 10-6 a couple weeks ago and I'll stick with it. The Jennings and Morency injuries are getting me a little worried but I think they are a pretty good team.

9-7
Improved Defense
More Experienced O-Line
Slimmer and Motivated Bubba Franks

-the only thing that really does concern me though is our backs. Little to 0 experience back there, but hopefully Morency/Jackson can erase my worries.

9-7
I say we are in the wildcard hunt but lose out.

I think 9-7 is reasonable. Our defensive starters are great, our depth at LB and DB isn't. We can't afford injuries (what team can though).

6-10. Better team, tougher schedule.

8-8 low end, 10-6 high end, split the difference 9-7.
Our schedule isn't much harder than last year. It's 10th easiest in the NFL. I posted this in another thread already. We have the 10th easiest schedule with regards to opponents 2006 winning %.
Regarding the roster, the improvements have been gone over ad nauseum, but we are as good or better at every spot except starting RB, and I don't think the dropoff will be that significant there given the OL is in the 2nd year of the ZBS. D improved personnel at 3 spots (Jenkins, Bigby, nickel backs) and guys like Hawk, Collins, Poppinga, Jenkins will be better with another year of experience.
We also upgraded #3 WR with Jones, and Jennings if he can get rid of this nagging hamstring injury will produce more than last season.

10-6 is my hope. But I see 8-8.

Im gonna go 10-6 maybe 11-5.
I think the defense will be rock solid, our running game scares me a bit but I think in the end the offense will be better than people think and the team as a whole will pick up where they left off at the end of last season.
I realize the final 4 wins for the Packers last season didn't come agianst great teams but the bottomline is the Packers won the games when they needed to and that was a step in the right direction and something they can build on going into this season.

Best is 9-7
Probable is 7-9 "the money line"
Worst is 5-11

Our defense keeps us in most games.

I'm feeling good about this season. However its tough to decide as it will depend on health and if some of the rookies step in and play well.
I'll say 8-8 I guess.

It matters how some of the other teams play out. But right now I will give them 7-9. There is still alot of questions.
