27-10 Packers over Giants.
Favre with an efficient 265 yards passing, two TDs and a TO (fumble or INT)
Jackson will have a nice game on the ground. 80 yards rushing and a score to go along with 35 receiving yard.
Wynn with 35 yards on 6 carries.
I think Jennings leads the WRs with around 75 yards. Driver gets a score, so does Bubba.
Defense mauls whoever is back there at QB for the Giants but they torch us for a long score. They don't rush for anything. I'm guessing they pick off three passes on the day.

24-13 Packers. Favre 2 TD's and a INT, 230 yards passing. Jackson/Morency combine for 95 yards rushing.
Defense has 4 sacks and scores on either a INT or fumble return. Hawk leads the team in tackles.

I will go with 30-10 Packers. I am really feeling 27-10 but I need to be different.

As sick as this sounds, our tight ends might have a big day against Kiwanouka, who should not be playing linebacker.

I'm afraid of overconfidence - hopefully the team isn't taking this game lightly.

I've been thinking that was a weird choice for LB in a 4-3. It'd be like sticking KGB back there to play standing up.

it was a terrible, terrible choice. he's not an LB, period--and the time it takes to transition from playing with your hand down to standing up his huge. Their excuse that they just wanted to get the best players on the field is asinine, considering how much time osi and strahan missed last year. add in the fact that strahan's retiring after this year, and you're jsut pushing back his development at DE for another year.
dumbass move by coughlin.

I read at the beginning of the week they were considering moving Kiwi back to DE this week. I don't know if that happened.
I'm going with the Pack like the rest of you. My only concern is breakdowns in coverage deep, but our safeties played really well last week.
Our front 7 should dominant against the run and the pass. If McNabb wasn't so good in the pocket, we could have had 4-5 sacks last week.
I definitely think our embarrassed OL will bounce back and have a good game. Jackson should get a chance to show what he can do when the blocking is decent.
Having Jennings back is also huge in my mind. He's our most explosive WR.

I like the Packers if Manning doesn't play, but either way my confidence is tempered somewhat by it being on the road.Turnovers are the great equalizer in football and can rev up a home crowd.Take care of the ball and a the Giants minus Manning should struggle to beat us.

I was confident about the Eagle game, not so much here for whatever reason. Winnable? Yes. Blowout? I don't think so. I expect a close game. It being their home opener kind of makes me nervous.
I'll say:
Packers 20
Giants 17

By the way, this is a huge game with San Diego lurking next.

I'm hoping for 4-2 at the bye. Beat Giants, Skins, win one of Vikings, Bears, Chargers.

Packers 26
Giants 17
I think the Pack moves the ball but still has trouble getting it in the end zone. Mason Crosby 4-4 FG

I have the Bears and Chargers as L's. The Vikings on the road is a tough one for me even though they suck.
