Due for a Championship

The Packers, Bucks, or Brewers are due to to win a championship or at least make it to the championship game pretty soon. Which team will do it first?
There are about 30 teams in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. If you go by percentages, that means that each team should win a championship every 30 years and make it to the championship every 15 years. Since Wisconsin has 3 major sports teams, we should have a team win a championship every 10 years and play in one every 5 years. The Packers won one 10 years ago and lost 1 the year after. So I feel we are due to get another team in the championship soon.
The Packers, Bucks, and Brewers all have one thing in common, they all have young players with potential. At least one of these teams has to realize their potential.
Reasons why Packers could win it all: Young dominant defense that should improve with the exception of the cornerbacks. Young o-line and WR's with excellent potential with the exception of the tackles. I also feel that much of the championship potential rests on how good Aaron Rodgers is since I don't feel the Packers are good enough to win it in the next couple of years with Brett. If Rodgers doesn't cut it, that could derail the Packers chances for a few years unless they get lucky and sign a quality veteran QB.
Reason why not: Cornerback and offensive tackle position may be in trouble (out of their prime) by the time the young guys develop. We need a RB to develop. Also Bubba isn't Chumura or Keith Jackson.
Reasons why the Bucks could win it all: Bogut and Yi have incredible potential. Redd could develop into a championship team caliber superstar if he learns how to play defense and pass. Mo is young and can only improve if he works hard. Ersan could develop nicely in Europe.
Reasons why not: Bogut could plateau and be an average center forever. Yi could turn out to be as good as that Nicholas Tskivili guy. Redd could have peaked already. Mo may become a Stephon Marbury type PG. And Ersan may not want to leave Europe.
Reasons the Brewers could win it all: Superstar potentional in Braun, Fielder, Weeks, Hardy, Gallardo, and a few others possibly. They have so many great young prospects, it is ridiculous. Veterans such as Sheets will anchor the rotation.
Reasons why not: By the time all of their prospects are in their prime, I have a hard time believing that the Brewers can afford to resign all of their players. There is also the chance of their young players not realizing their potentional or getting injured.
